Just. Breathe. Consciously.

For the love of God. Breathe. Please.

Nothing is being held on to therefore nothing can be let go of. There's no one breathing, there is just breathing. Can't tell breathing to breathe because breathing is just that - breathing.

I know, simple word semantics. Who cares.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.

Breath as a Truth - teller:

The breath never lies.
It moves with what’s real - shallow when we’re hiding, sharp when we’re afraid, deep and wide when we’re open.
It doesn’t care for masks or stories; it just mirrors the state of being.

When the mind is tangled, the breath stutters.
When the heart unclenches, it flows.
Follow it long enough, and it will lead you back to the moment before thought -
where truth isn’t spoken, but breathed.

In the end, the breath is the body’s confession,
and silence is its absolution.
