The Book of Not Knowing by Peter Ralston

5 posts in this topic

Leo talks a lot about having a theoretical foundation to consciousness work. Outside of Actualized.org content-this one powerful book add to your tool belt.

Highly recommended-take time to do the contemplative exercises, they will blow your mind. It’s amazing how something so powerful costs only 20 bucks: Amazon: Book of Not Knowing

If anyone else has read and can share their experience with the book-please do

Probably my most influential book so far 🌱

Not only spirituality, but applied directly in career !

Deal with the issue now, on your terms, in your control. Or the issue will deal with you, in ways you won't appreciate, and cannot control.

This book has a gorgeous title page.

It's like a Bible of consciousness. It's kinda thick but the stuff in there is really deep. It dissects how experience unfolds, what the self is, what perception is and what a state of not knowing is. It's like taking LSD to the tenth degree of consciousness lol

It took me a while to read but definitely raised my consciousness in many areas.

I second @ExploringReality , it’s like the bible of consciousness work.

Same. I actually return to it often and read passages as a refresher.

I find as I grow, my perspective shifts. The result is I see something new upon revisit.
