Can you force a NDE?

@Franz_ i was 20 or something, laying on bed.
At a certain point, and it was like the limits of my body ceased to be real. They where still there, untouched, I was still there, on the bed, but i suddenly felt like a silent infinite void, i was hollow, yet still full of all the things that made up my identity.

It was as if a charachter  in a videogame realized it was made of colored dots and appearing on a screen. Experience felt like the symmetric crumbling of a perfect mandala made of a billions of grains. Everything fell but flowed the same at the same time. Objects felt like holograms.

Then i knew that this experience is  infinite and eternal, no metter who's in charge.
My conception of reality changed that day. It evolved much since then, but at the time it was a very cool, yet quiet realization for me.

@Franz_ As i've said i went past that realization.
How to do it? Even just seriously concetrating on your breath (the sensations that you experience coused by the attrition of air with your body, expecially at the nostrils) can give you deep insights. Start with 10 min., build up to 1h.
Once you gain enough concentration, you'll start to experiences vibrations, shackings, lights, change of temperature, maybe have visions, genuine insights even.

I recommend the book The Mind Illuminated.

Once you lay down the breath you can start to do more complex exercises. mayby  experiment with psychedelics too.

It is very important to to work on your survival (Shelter, Health, Work, Realtionships etc.) while you explore Spirituality.
Expand your knowledge of an intellectual level too. Explore and read about every school of thought and their practices.

Watch Leo's videos. he has made a video for almost every topic related to Spirituality and personal developement.
