Pickup in Oceania and skill level acquired here

I was going to make a very expensive move to London for a suitable game city, when I realized I could just move to the nearest major city in my country Australia: Sydney. 5 million population. It would save all the money from moving and living cheaply in a foreign country, plus I could sleep in hotels there during the weekends while I complete the Uni course I'm forced to attend. (I'm trying to not go to Uni/drop out ASAP but consider that irrelevant right now because of my questions)

I would do that but I have some qualms

1. Is Australia/Oceania good to game, as long as there's enough people in the city? Sydney is the richest city in the country so surely that gets a lot of hot girls.

2. My Life Purpose may involve me acquiring world class charisma. If there are hotter girls in different countries, should I move for the skill increase? Or if I can find enough hot girls here would it be ok for me to stay?
