Really nice! Thanks for sharing! I take that I have to identify with a person that expresses himself fully. This is the only way I can reach my most authentic version!

IMO good practical advice at the end, mixing somatic approach with learning situations.

Was also interesting timing yesterday I could see how much a friend struggled with (fear of) rejection. I thought about sending him this video but then he might be ashamed that I can see his shame so clearly?  Got to check first how open he's for sth like this

Glad it resonated

I really enjoy examples of how spiritual work directly applies to reality. Considering how spirituality runs in opposite directions to survival. 

This chap really elaborated quite well on how an insight integrated totally unravels false beliefs
