All he said is make a time line with random numbers you want then talks about how long you should work.

From what I gather you have to be crazy delusional about how you will one day be successful, see a genuine need for why you need the money (true or not), and then develop valuable skills and accumulate assets that build wealth. It’s not a secret how to become a millionaire. Oh, also take into account it may be more or less difficult based on your background or foundation. You need basically a in-demand job and then invest it in real estate or a safe stock portfolio.

work 80 hours a week , read 100 books a year , stick to one industry for 30-40 years 

 

basically a formula to beat the competition in capitalism and to rise to the top

@Ramanujan That has no promise to make you a millionaire. The guy in the video is like 40-50 and hasn't stuck to one industry for 30 to 40 years. He is a gifter snake oil salesman.

According to his theory you could work at McDonald's 80 hours a week for 40 years while reading 40 books a month and you will magically become a millionaire.

The formula is become a slave. He does not work that much guranteed.

How is it possible to become a 20-30 year old millionaire with this theory?

you may get promotions and move up the ladder . you will develop more skills than your peers and become highly skilled. you may get some benifit

you need to become an enterpenuer. check this video out below. one of the way to be an enterpenuer is to work somewhere , learn all the things and once you learn it , start a business and own a company
