How To Navigate Insanity And Fear In Spiritual Work

24 posts in this topic

I had a lot of fear because every time I delved deeper, and even more so with psychedelics, my realization was that reality was absolute nihilism. It was such a negative sensation that it couldn't have been worse. It was as if reality had exploded, and the absolute truth, the very core of reality, was revealed to me, and it was death. The sensation was that beneath the thin layer of colors of appearance, there was a dead, empty abyss, a nihilism that squeezed you like a closed fist. The thing was that logic told me that was impossible, since if apparent reality existed, something more than a dead void must be its source, then I went there again and again until it got open

@Eskilon a tip for that navigation: when everything opens your true nature remains, and it's unlimited, and the fact of being unlimited is the absolute glory, what you was missing, the end of the lack, the return of the prodigal son.

Yes. I just need to toss away resistance.

But its hard when you have too much consciousness. It's easy to let go in a standard meditation session, you are not that conscious and not in the hyperaware state. To let Go while knowing many things about existence is the real challenge.

It's a matter of openess. You are the absolute truth, existing in a closed form, like everything else.

In humans, this form tends to be unstable, radioactive. In our time, even more so. In many cases, the only path left is total openness or absolute nihilism
