conscious transition to another world

Hey,

when I close my eyes before going to sleep I immediately see a glowing point on a black background

I look at this light and it turns into different images(one at a time), which I find funny to look at. My attention seems to embrace and revive them. I don’t use my imagination in any way, I just passively observe. Often it’s the head of some creature, I try to talk to it, I tell it that I’m moving forward, going to Krishna. Sometimes it’s a whole creature, sometimes with wings, horns, maybe with a sword, as a rule, they just want to return me, to stop me.

But it happens that suddenly visions on a black background are replaced by nature under a perfect blue sky. It’s some kind of forest of wonderful plants, and I’ve never seen anything there except amazing plants.

what is this anyway?

Sure, that's possible. It means you've got a very loose, fluid mind. This means you have a lot of spiritual & mystical potential if you train it up. You got a talent but talent require training.

It could also mean you have mental illness. Just depends on how dysfunctional this is for you.

I would encourage you to start serious spiritual practice like Kriya yoga or meditation to hone your mystical talent into something serious and beneficial, rather than just silly entertainment.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

The blackness behind your eyes is like a kaleidoscope with infinite outlines overplayed on top of each other. Think like infinite pictures with just the black outlines. Totally black but if you look at it you can make pictures or movies appear.

Sometimes I will be laying down to sleep looking at it and I will suddenly realize I am seeing and staring at a scene. But the second I realize I am staring at it is goes away.

It's called Closed Eye Hallucinations/Visualisations or CEV for short.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Closed-eye_hallucination

There are 5 different levels.

I had it level 3 and one or two times level 5 mostly when I was in my early adulthood. Would take me an hour and a half to get to sleep because the hallucinations would not stop. I know now how to control it better.

I think stress and overstimulation of the brain was a culprit. By reducing this it went away.

Also for me beep tones and hissing (Tinnitus) in the ears was stress related. If I'm really stressed and lay in bed and the CEV and Tinnitus is strong I focus on it deeply, it's my way of getting into meditation state.

Thanks for your reply)

I have kind of shining colourful fractals, in a minute objects, heads( one at a time), amazing beings

I dislike watching movies and playing video games, so maybe this is my reward

Thanks,

Are there some retrospections, revelations in these pictures?
