@Leo Gura the third eye techniques ramana maharashi is known for in the book of secrets is pretty frightening, you can experience sleep paralysis and weird paranormal phenomenon. It caught me off guard.

No, no, no! This is exactly what you do not need.

You need to learn to take responsibility for deciding truth for yourself, without appealing to any model or system or person or me.

YOU are a Soverign Mind. Only you can decide what is true and what is false. Do not look for a shortcut on that. That is the core work.

See video: How Authority Works. You have not yet learned that key lesson.

As an anxious attachment personality, I find that this is especially difficult for me. I feel one step behind already. How can an anxious attachment break out of it and then be a Sovereign mind? It feels impossibly difficult because i already never had much emotional support growing up.

@TheEnigma You just need to deeply realize that you are the sole arbiter of truth, no matter who else you appeal to.

All appeals to others are really just veiled and roundabout belief in yourself.

You cannot avoid belief in yourself because you are the only thing that exists. The only question is are you doing this consciously or unconsciously. Unconsciously means appealing to others to tell you what is true.

Grasp that no one can ever tell you what is true. This is just an epistemic fact. Your attachment style is irrelevant.

The fact that you can openly admit this already shows courage—which means you’ve already started to integrate some of the positive aspects of stage red.

As I mentioned earlier, Joe Lampton isn’t much better than Tate. He’s a scammer too—just to a lesser extent than him.

There are better alternatives for that than their tweets. For example, the Life Purpose Course of Leo. Even the quotes in there are better than anything either of them could ever say. If you don’t want to spend money, start watching Leo’s videos from the beginning. The most important part is to actually start doing the practice, and not to get lost in the theory. How many more tweets do you need to read to actually do the work? And I’m not saying that you are not doing anything besides reading tweets. But it all boils down to going out of your comfort zone often enough, until you automatically become less soft.

Besides that, being soft isn’t a bad thing at all. In fact, it can even be better than being tough in some situations—like when you’re talking with your mother. I’m also more of a soft person, but I’ve learned when it might hold me back, and I try to adjust accordingly.

I really appreciate you took the time to write this meaningful post! Thank you! But as I said, most of the stuff on Joe's twitter is stage red damaging/ mysoginist advice.

If he would be someone's sole advice source and that someone would be quite gullible, Joe's advice would really damamge that person. But I'm a full grown adult now, and I can filter the horrible biased advice that he is giving from the healthy ones.

What I ultimately love the most about him and Tate is the fact that because of them I found my girlfriend! Prior to finding them I was a soft and balless individual, and I wouldn't have had the courage to approach a woman even if my life depended on it, but by reading their daily tweets, they made me more bold! More daring, for the first time I got the courage to be dirrect to women! I never got friendzoned again after discovering Tate and Joe.

Thats why I will forever remain grateful to them! The reason I don't rely solely on Leo is because Leo is not a stage red person, from Leo I learn actual meaningful philosophy, while from guys like Tate and Lampton I get my boldness and courage and street wisdom so to speak.

I try to have a source of philosophy from every stage: I got Joe Lampton for stage red, I got Jocko Willink from stage blue, I got Patrick Bet David and Alex Hormozi and Stefan James from Project life mastery for stage Orange, I got infinite waters( diving deep ) for stage Green, and for stage Yellow and above I've got the man, the myth, the legend @Leo Gura

I added two more books to the book list.

One of them is actually the most important book on this list which I totally forgot about. I added it to the top of the list.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
