But you just said nature knows how to evolve just fine.

If humans are a part of evolution, how do you know that nature doesn't want us to replace nature? How do you know the next evolutionary move doesn't come through humans?

A better question would be, what problem do you have with nature ? Why this fantasy of being able to replace nature ?

And how do you know that nature wants to be replaced ? It just seems like the peak of human arrogance to me.

It's a type of evolution, just a rather trivial one.

Evolution is not limited to ideas like evolutionary biology.

I see where you are coming from. It`s weird to frame it as evolution as opposed to change.

But as GOD, you are always correct so I`ll let you pass:P

I have no problem with nature. It's lovely.

I'm just not closed to possibilities around evolution. And you are.

You're okay with evolution, but not if "real forests" get replaced by "artificial forests".

All nature does is replace things with other things.

As humans, you'd have to look at things on a case by case basis, to judge what should or shouldn't be replaced.

This is already happening.

You see human arrogance, I see humanity's potential.

I say evolution because within this experience, there is a directionality to the change.

It's not pure randomness.

You still havent answered my original question. Why would you want to replace anything in nature with your own creation ? Especially since you dont have a problem with nature and you say it's lovely ?

Yes, God doesn`t judge you if you are being a devil.

God is LOVE, it can`t judge things. Everything is right from a certain point of view -- No matter how deluded it is.

Even the notion of delusion it`s a perspective from a certain pov, it assumes infinite things for it to be "Right".

But there are consequences on this level of existence. For example, interfere with nature too much and see what happens.

For sure, this frame we call Life it's dynamic and fluid -- it is not a dead static thing.

We are learning how to balance human ambition to nature's wellbeing.

The ideal future in my view it's solarpunk -- a future where technology and nature are in balance and harmony. But the question is, is humanity view the same? Only time will tell.

Why do humans replace anything with anything?

Because it could be better.

Which part of nature is not good enough for you ?  How would you improve a tree or a flower or a bird or a mountain or the ocean ?

Well, that's for geoengineers to figure out.

I'm not an engineer.

Your answers are very evasive. It's a simple question, forget about the engineers, how would you personally like nature to be 'better' ? Just give one example of something that you would like to see 'improved' in nature ?

@aurum  I have no problem with geo engineering helping us out in a crisis. But when I hear talk of thinking that we can 'improve' nature somehow, I hear ego, not God per say. Nature was created from another level of intelligence, we won't be able to out create that.

I know.

That's what I'm trying to beat out of your head :P

Good luck with that, How do you expect even our best geo engineers to be creating from a higher level of intelligence than the level of intelligence that created nature in the first place ?

@aurum  When creating nature, do you think God was half assing it ?
