He said nadis and meridians are "real" and chakras superimposed as symbols. His source are ancient texts he studied.

I am with you re being full of shit myself or others being full of shit. So I become more careful what I express or believe - it will change anyway. Anicca, anicca :)

Re chakras etc: I did not study these texts, so don't know. But the texts could be full of shit, right?

Also, I am not on a level to confirm or reject based on personal experience.  Just pointing out his POV and how easily things can be misunderstood or (unintentionally) distorted.

There's a quote: "All models are wrong but some are useful"

Problem is when you are so attached to the model that you believe it's reality. Chakras are one thing. I see this also a lot with spiral dynamics for instance. Don't mistake the map for the landscape...

It's kinda symbolic and real at the same time. Yes it is just a model to describe something that is far more complex than just 7 centers. But there is an element of truth to that model. Different schools have different models to describe the same thing. I have a problem relating with this topic of chakras myself when I try to fit my experience into certain models. I tend to cherry pick from different models the elements that I can relate to and then make my own personal map, lol.

Imagine for a moment, dear friends, that you are Conciousness, and that you have only this one awareness - that you are at peace, and that you are.

@theleelajoker Kundalini isn't Sexual energy, it's pure energy rising in the spine. It takes on particular energies of the chakras it rises to. In the sacarl chakra it becomes femenine Sexual energy and pleasure but in the naval chakra it becomes masculine power and joy

The road to God is paved with bliss.

Someone said that there is Kundalini and Kundalina, i myself skip this concept of kundalini. I rather talk in terms of the dragon or reptilian parts of the body.

In my experience, in the first stage of awakening the reptilian parts, was something too much mind focussed. Later on in experience, is something like a naturality, regaining the naturality. Hallucinating to mind in the mind spectrum and kundalini concepts, only brings brief bliss and after months and years vanishes.

So in conclusion, don't look for the spectacular. There is nothing spectacular in regaining your full faculties or potential, in reality is the other way around, you will feel strage aroung people and even animals.

They say animals live their potential, maybe, but this world if full of dormant people who hate you without knowing they doing that. So, is complex.

The awakening is something foreign to society. Loving outside the self bring more sleep. In reality the dogma about love should be focussed only on the self, there is no love outside, is anti natural to love outside of yourself. Outside you can call it acceptance, empathy or sympathy when it comes to other people. And one last thing, you don't have to love your enemies, as i said, loving others is just a social construct that leads to sleep and ultimately death.

One more thing about the force of the Dragon or how the hindus call it kundalini and kundalina.

It starts with the base of the spine, first and foremost, next it awakens the other energy centers in the body. In reality this force is not sexual energy, is life energy, of every energetical point in the body.

It looks this way, because in society the energy of the base of the spine is supressed and also sexuallity is supressed, nothing much.
