2025 Australian Election Results

Here are the results:

• Labour
• Seats won: 85
• An increase of eight seats 

 

 

• Liberal/National Coalition
• Seats won: 39
• A decrease of nineteen seats

 

 

• Greens
• Seats won: 0
• A decrease of 4 seats since last election (The greens lost all of their seats)

 

 

The labour party is the center-left social-democratic and democratic-socialist party in Australia, and the Liberal party, despite its name, is actually the center-right conservative party (Their philosophy is a mix of: economic liberalism, fiscal conservatism, and social conservatism).

I really liked this video below. The Liberal Party is notoriously corrupt, and even openly opposes the creation of an anti-corruption commission.
