Meditation thread?

Is there a proper and well established meditation mega-thread on this forum?

This seems like a good gap that could be filled with results, techniques, insights.

In particular, I am curious to hear about retreat experiences, as I have never been on one.

I myself have been practicing for over 10 years.

I suppose it would be good timing, with Leo planning a retreat soon.

I do hope he is open to reporting back, much like trip reports.
