The question has a faulty premise. Yes, the ones you mention can be taken orally (I've done them all), but understand why. Virtually all 4-sub tryptamines are sold as fumarate salts (for stability). If there's nothing else to go off on, the best predictor for whether a substance can be taken orally is whether it's in a salt (HCL, fumarate, succinate, oxalate, benzoate...) form or freebase. Generally speaking the salts you can take orally and rectally, insufflate and inject them. Freebase is for vaporization only. But there's always exceptions. DMT in salt forms still won't be active orally without MAOI supplementation. 5-MeO-DMT breaks down in the stomach much like Salvinorin A, rendering that route completely inactive. But those can still have some effect when taken sublingually.
