Focusing on your food lifehack actually works, lol

I've been hearing for the longest time how eating while doing other stuff makes you overeat because your brain doesn't register how much you've ate.

Today I went to a fastfood place and ate a 200 calorie salad without doing anaything else. And it actually worked. I felt full and didn't crave for more food, lol.

Usually i would eat 3x bigger portion and still feel hungry.

It was also kind of nice to eat outside instead of eating at home.
