There's talks about us doing EMDR therapy which is a trauma based treatment. And I've been seeing good reviews from others on it. I'm scared, but I will take this leap of faith. Of course with caution.

Not we. This is solo work. I cannot be there with you while you face your traumas during your sessions. And vice-versa.

Massive self backlash yesterday, doubts and fears pounding back-to-back relentlessly. I am ready, but I am also not. This resistance towards elevating myself to the next stage is brutal.

I must continue keeping my eye on the yarn. There is no turning back now!

Had an Awakening during therapy session.

Therapist went to do a grounding session, and I refused to do it.

Now we terminated our relationship. Not out of spite, but to follow my own Truth.

I am God. I will not ground myself to human standards.

I have been looking up to authority figures my hole life to tell me who I am, what to do, being a "good" student.

FUCK THE RULES!

GOD is the ultimate authority. And GOD is beyond the facade that I've put up with for far too long.

When you are so conscious, you do not need rules!
