One must not always think so much about what one should do, but rather what one should be. Our works do not ennoble us; but we must ennoble our works.

One of the laws of consciousness is: We are only subject to a negative thought or belief if we consciously say that it applies to us. We are free to choose not to buy into a negative belief system.

Watched an interview with Syrian Druze leader Laith al-Balous and was amazed by the integrity this guys possesses for his people.
a true man that faced trials and tribulations but wanted the best for his people in the city of Sweida in southern Syria

Life is a mirror

life is beautiful

life is mysterious

life is presence

I feel lucky to be alive

I remember yesterday how I was almost kidnapped by the Syrian regime 12 years ago and tears came down my eyes thinking about all the Syrian kids who disappeared in the past 14 years.

I feel lucky to survive Syria.
I love Syria and I healed my trauma from it.
Life is beautiful yet mysterious.

On awakening: “It’s like finally realizing the movie isn’t real — but you can still enjoy the popcorn.”?
was it Rupert spira who said it?
