How long do you work on yourself?

3 posts in this topic

How long do you...you know like sit and think about the problems that are bugging you? Or how long do you contemplate about something and then document it (if necessary) in your journal? I mean do you after sometime feel bored of the daily dose of self-development work? How long after do you feel like that? 30 minutes? 1hr?

Though imposing a strict time period may not be necessary for everyone but I just wanted to know if I'm feeling that as a result of continuous tinkering or becoming lazy too fast, haha.

until you are healed. You dont do it at certain times this about it becoming a lifestyle. You will be doing self work all day everyday. You are listening to your mind and deciphering it in real time.

Putting time limits unless they are insane time limits might not be super helpful the ego will hold out. Wake up everyday ,you an eye watching a tv set. What is this tv set thinking and doing and why.

Spirituality is a lifelong journey.

All Teachers and Teachings are delusion. You have all the answers within you. The first step on the journey to Enlightenment is questioning all the beliefs and teachings you have ever received. Teachers/Teachings are a distraction/maya at the highest level. There comes a point where you need to trust in your own innate knowledge and derive your own insights into the nature of reality. Teachers make a living and lifestyle of selling you water by the river. You don’t need them. All you need is an insatiable desire for truth and then seriously contemplate reality and uncover all that is false.
