The problem with all such reports is that the people writing them probably just don't have access to the needed data. You gotta really dig for it, and we will have no confidence that some government bureaucrat did the proper digging.

@Leo Gura  I don't think these were just regular government people. This was a report from people working for the Pentagon. I was making fun of the clear conflict of interest.

Maybe my thread title was too ambigious or misleading. So I changed "Pentagon Investigators" to "Pentagon's Investigators"

Thoughts on the work of Dan Winter with his Fractal Field theories? It's pretty non-dual, if you can say that, and the topics he covers are very advanced both metaphysically and historically with the history of humans and our ancient connections to non-human expressions of Consciousness.
