Your mind is playing tricks on you to focus on others,to try to fit into the forum,focusing on drama.. Everybody is for themselves because at the end of the day,you can only see whats best for you, put a break on stuff ,see what information will be useful. If you keep focusing on others then this work wont work. Selfishness is demonized but necessary to reach your potential. This is not a cult where leader must be worshipped,pedestalized and if you get into our secret club your life will be amazing its a deception..

No masculine man will accept friendzone, he will be direct and if she says no, he will walk away thats it simple as that. Dancing is good opportunity, but without game its nothing, because you can meet women everywhere.

My opinion is there is no such thing as toxic masculinity or femininity,its all about character of the person with masculinity/femininity... Toxic man is toxic,toxic woman is toxic simple as that... Also healthy not healthy is relative something healthy in my eyes is toxic in someone elses,something healthy in societies standards makes you a weak male in most of the cases in context of women...

Narcissist usually cant see that hes a problem and would refuse to go to therapy.Which means you are not lost cause,i have a belief that narcissism cant be cured completely but that could be a bs. What i recommend is a book "Completion process" by Teal Swan, since narcissism is mostly trauma based so that could be a good place to look.
