@Eva i benefited from it but the amount of money compared to resaults were not there and i know that how healthy and good my ego could be it wont be as good as the transended mind...btw i love your profile pic did you made it?

@Eva Well we would talk and talk about specific problem and over time that problem would be less and less but still there is infinite numbers of problems mind can create, not realizing that its just a game of the ego...they try to built up your ego so you can be good in an illusion but not happy where escaping the maze is another direction another path to freedom and halppiness...

@Eva From mine experience with psychotherapy they dont try to tell you ,show you, how to escape the maze they try to built you to continue wonder in the maze like everyone else..

In some of Leos videos he was talking about big creativity possibilities with enlightement work im wondering what is it i actually see a decline in my creativity by decreasing my logical mind but creativity should be in other half of the brain i dont know what im missing...

I know how it is it sucks thinking about the future gives you anxiety only cure for now that helped me is being more present if you have anxiety its normal thing...

Enlightement is understanding of who you are in direct experience so if you are aware who you are you are enligtened but thats a language we are playing language game here

Im stuck at stage orange im too concerned about my own growth and i dont know how to switch that to become community orianted because of this i struggle to find life purpose,i see that i would jump in a trap if i stay concerned only about myself for the rest of my life...

@lmfao well you cant have life purpose we talk about if it doesnt impact community enviroment or animals if you go for purpose just for yourself i can see that any sucess wont bring me happines you get happines when you contribute to the world so your purpose should be that but i dont know how to transition to green stage thinking because im individualy orianted...

@St Clair Join chess.com its a great site but watch out it can easily become an addiction when you learn deeper things about the game,and it could be just a distraction from real work so idk everything in moderation

You can ignore your body or give it attention to specific area and you are aware of that that means you are not the body

You are reality limitations are in the mind and body a feature of conciousness until you dont stop indentifing yourself as mind body you will feel limited

I found that fear of failure is linked with low self esteem you think you are not deserving of sucess so you sabotage it all the time
