So for the people who are doing enlightement work for years and still havent figured it out mybe this would help...probably you are still trying to find the one whos watching with frustration because your mind thinks there must be a fixed watcher somewhere from where you are looking when you find that its done but thats not the case watcher(you) is addapting to the thing you are experiencing when you observe the thoughts its you doing it from that angle then attention could back up and you are following it you can zoom in with attention to watch eyesight and so on or could see it all from the "background" thats easy to experience but then there is automatic watching threw the eyes and behinde it so i think attention is whats confusing...let me know if this helps..

Does anyone has experience of traveling alone tips for navigating and not getting lost and stuff like that?

@Misagh No i have more anger in situations where previously i had fear its like hidden anger but its subtle im not in rage just slight agression idk how to explain

@Key Elements yes the reason i love sports its because i can express myself and be creative i couldnt teach people and work in a gym for the rest of my life...what i can see is that im narrowed down to film music or some art...im not sure 100% if its that...

@Thanatos13 thats same as saying there is nothing physical about physicality...how so? So you dont have desire to eat sleep or be safe? And those desires makes you do stuff i dont think you dived deep if you did you would realize that you have something that drives your actions makes you love some things and hate others...

Top skills in sport,creativity,critical thinking,can see beauty of performance absorbed in it,higher intuition then avarge person...well what i got is make people emotional, moved by the beauty of performance as impact...i love emotions and hate them as much...
