I got similar insight where i found that you should focus on yourself be selfish and when you get stronger you use it for impacting others what good is if you cant do something of value and that sometimes means being extremly selfish(creating value),why would someone need your help, its absurd when you dont have something to offer but only threw your own goals you can achieve the impact on others...so in imo you should be selfish for yourself then use it...

So if there is no bread there is no food? You are stuck in stage blue overcome that,when he said alone he meant find alone time to do things it doesnt mean you cut out from people...

I can be 100% sure it wont do anything significant for your inner growth, you are chasing pleasure nothing wrong with that it could be unhealthy if its addiction or you get stds other than that its like getting drunk its fun then its not
