Why not make a sheldule where you do things you enjoy doing and care about so your free time is just relaxation ?

@Jeff Zhang we subconciously or conciously live for our parents like what would they think if i do this or that or what should i do to make them accept me love me so i can make them happy and you bring your life decisions into that and then you f up your life..live as though they are gone and then do what you want to do even though they would hate you for a while but then they would brag about you and saying stuff i belived in you all this time and if you live with thinking what to do for them they in the end would think you are a nice guy but nothing special....

Yeah but if you are ambitious it will only make it that you pursue stuff more intensly like life purpose..

Live as though your parents are dead

Enlightement is your true nature its always present they made a good example with when someone watches the tv screen and suddenly they start to believe they are the screen on tv ,not realizing they are observer of the tv screen and all confusion transe happens here "you" awareness believing you are body and thoughts that are seen and are the tv screen in this example

Best way is to observe what happens with emotions thoughts movement eyesight just observing is the best method for me...

Mybe stupid queastion but when you see there is noone doing something (no you)how can you improve yourself before you work on your thoughts emotions etc that translate to some improvement when there is noone how to improve "yourself"?
