Life is whats happening right now nothing more nothing less but we like to add stuff so it becomes confusing

It comes probably from thinking girls are the ultimate answer to happiness if you dont get one that means you will never be happy so fear kicks in strongly if you get a girl you realize thats not the case if you are not happy without her you wont be with her in the long run

Yeah analyzing every single detail and trying figure out everything in the room will leave you exhausted as hell +when you are intuitive you predict alot of unnecessery stuff

@Leo Gura Didnt know that....for example when you attained satori does strategizing everything all the time could move you back to ego? Or when you are free you are free....

When you are with a loved one you dont have thoughts that you lack something thats why you are happy its not the person but the absence of those thoughts...

Watching those videos including actualized ones doesnt make sense anymore to me really have to force to make it seems real and this is a trap how to avoid it just force it,pretend its real?

I dont think they knew about enlightement they came to same realizations with mind but couldnt make it tengable..
