  1. @Alex bAlex Arw my absolute pleasure bud ❤️
  2. @Michael569 It sadly is Micheal yes. I sometimes feel like grabbing people on the shoulders from behind and just gently easing them upright
  3. One million five hundred thousand and twenty six percent yes
  4. Nice one @Colin I really appreciate your reply ❤️
  5. Got up really early to get a bath and finish homework before college. Almost ready when I get a text from a friend saying college is cancelled due to the 'severe' weather. Yep... All 4 inches of snow. Proper bunch of snowflakes this country ? Feel like a kid again skipping school because of the snow. Wish I had a sledge ? So I thought fuck it... Going out as I'm dressed so currently enjoying a Costa soya cappuccino. Anyway... Last night's philosophy class was very interesting as we discussed the different stages of awareness/consciousness. He was able to clarify a few things for me which was helpful. P1_H03.pdf i can see myself finishing all the terms of this course. Pretty sure there's 4. My hip pain that was coming from my back is almost completely gone. Apart from when I sit cross legged in meditation it's basically non existent. I highly recommend Pilates to everyone to be honest. I've come to the knowing that a stable core is vital. You'll be really surprised how much the core works during the day if you place your awareness there. So if you have a weak core you'll take the strain in the back or another area and possibly end up injured in the future. Also good practiced posture is absolutely key all day everyday. It helps to keep you relaxed and even present because your able to breath correctly, plus your centered around body awareness which can be a portal to the present moment. All these small things can definitely help towards being.
  6. Doubt it @Rilles but I hope I'm proven wrong.
  7. @Jonson completely normal to experience this some point in life. My advice would be when you feel/see the fear rising actively tell yourself the darkest fear around the subject... "Yes I'm going to die, it's going to explode." No looking for escape routes. Submerge yourself in the fear. Keep doing that every time fear is present and sooner or later A) the fear will go and B) you'll see it's all BS
  8. Just back from philosophy class and sat for second sitting. Don't feel like talking so I'll update tomorrow. Let go, all is well ❤️
  9. @Shadowraix ignore tag sorry Thanks to all suggestions. I said this to a friend and his response was... awakening oneself is the best thing one could do for humanity.
  10. @Shadowraix I wanted to read people's own intentions as if it was their own money you see. Would you of responded differently?
  11. Thank you all for suggestions. @Shadowraix I love this. Although I don't anyway though if I'm perfectly honest. I've given lots of it away already to people that would benefit from it so I think I'm just going to leave it alone as of now.
  12. I also learn better and grasp deeper visually rather than reading so this would be awesomesauce!! *Hint*
  13. Got up really early this morning to study. Highly recommend this playlist on Spotify for studying or just to listen to. Some beautiful music... Everyone got their end of year math exam results over the weekend but I seem to be the only one who hasn't I'll find out tomorrow. I'm becoming even more aware of deep motives in every day life. Not what I say but why. Like things you wouldn't usually know why. It's quite profound. Like a lightbulb moment happening. It can guide you to things that still need transcending or hidden insecurities you'd convinced yourself had gone. Basically your own BS. Yesterday I went to visit a friend for a short time. We got chatting etc and the comments he was coming out with weren't particularly kind or helpful. "Your weird now, you've changed, what happened to the Charlotte I used to see in town drinking dressed revealingly? Oh your one of them hippies now, into all that hippie shit?" I understand his comments from his current perspective, people fear the unknown. He even tried lying at one point about a piece of food claiming it was vegan when it clearly weren't and telling me to eat it ? This tells me a lot about him. Our energies no longer match... At all. So I'll be saying goodbye to him as a former friend. Philosophy class tonight, highlight of the week thus far
  14. Was shattered yesterday. Will update today.
  15. He said he hadn't eaten a piece of cake in a long time (I forget how long but it was long) in his how to shop for healthy food episode. So he's being a rebel this weekend and pigging out on carrot cake... I just know it ?
  16. Or be even more of a rebel and eat a piece of cake @now is forever
  17. @Shadowraix I have the same... Can't delete. Just post whatever it is you'd like removed and then 'hide' it ?
  18. Yeah I tried this in the early days and I slept through the alarm many times ? My advice is to follow a strict schedule of waking up early Shin and actually make sure you get out of bed. And then sooner or later you don't even need an alarm. You just wake up.
  19. This was recommended to me http://siddhanath.org/
  20. Took a rest day today. Friend cancelled at last minute so I had time to do nothing. And that's what I did. In the evening I tried my first attempt at the Wim hof method. I can definitely see this something I'll be incorporating into the daily routine. I actually had some fear around it, that's why I've put it off for so long. Before doing it I found the fear surfacing. Heart started to beat fast and adrenaline became present. I lay down and began and the fear wasn't even there. The type of fear that was previously present was through something I read so I took it on as a belief. I truly see the only way to overcome fear is to see the illusion and go into it as much as you possibly can, engulf and saturate yourself in the fear until you come out the other side. I'll journal how I get on with the method in the weeks to come. I cooked myself a huge plate of organic veggies and shallot gravy for tea. I'm still dealing with the sweet tooth but I've found something other than chocolate. Sliced apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Oh my god... Dip the apple into the peanut butter (all organic obvs)...
  21. My new approach is being conscious of it and then loving it to death. At first I actually felt resistance to it, a minor uncomfortable emotion accompanied the practice but over time it's becoming easier. I always look for the counterintuitive move.
  22. @now is forever Exactly!! Let me know how you get on chickpea
