  1. First of all, you're definitely not the only person has been there. Also these people don't exactly sound like much of "friends" to me. And if they're toxic like you say they are, why keep them around? These people that you're trying to please will never be satisfied. Just stand up for yourself and say NO when necessary, its okay. You're never going to go anywhere if you're trying to be a people pleaser. As for the Killing "ima kill them" you sound insane and unhealthy,

    How has your meditation been?

  2. A lack of protein can cause dark circles. Most people do not get the amount of protein in their body that they should. if you are working out looking to muscle build its 1g of protein per pound of your body weight. lack of liquids can be a cause of dark circles so drink lots and lots of fluids. The skin around your eyes is both thin and sensitive so when you use facial wash (unless its directed for that area) make sure you avoid it to avoid skin irritation.

    Hope some of this helps.

  3. Hey again all,

Intrigued by the human mind and psychology, I began rigorous self development while I was 16, Over the course of that year i attained such of an authentic natural happiness and peace of mind i am 100% positive none of my peers experienced, it raised the bar on what i thought the human mind could accomplish, it hit a whole new level. When i turned 18 i got bombarded and distracted with a girlfriend and also fell into the high school party/lazy/"cool" scene and completely STOPPED meditating, studying, and even caring about self actualization over the course of the next three years. I fell into a mental fog after undevoting myself as if i put on a foggy pair of glasses i was unable to take off. Recently starting my journey again i have never met someone who lost their self actualization and peace of mind other than myself.

Can anybody possibly relate or share sound advice?

Ive begun meditating again and i am on week 3 of meditating for 30 minutes a day.

Ill do anything to feel/have that gift back.

    Thanks you guys.

  4. @Yavor Kirov this is a very, very tricky subject. Interesting that you posted this because all day i have been brainstorming ways to get people around me to open the door that is directly in front of their face. Its there, but its like they don't want to see it. I believe its a toxic number of factors that mis-mold ones character into a state of inurement.

I usually start small, with teaching humility which is the foundation to a skyscraper of growth.

  5. My name is Ike, I am 22 and am very grateful to be a part of this website.

I have ambitions to spread as much knowledge as possible to impact as many people around me as I possibly could.

This will be where I keep my journal entries.

I plan on approaching my journal on a regular basis where I may describe the powerful teachings and revelations I learn and teach each day. Please follow me and stay tuned in to many teachings I will post regularly in the future.

At age 16 i was extremely intrigued by the possibilities of the mind. I was aware that working out physically your results begin to show as a payoff to all of ones hard work, you notice your muscle size increase, you witness your strength grow as lifting objects, running and physical activities become easier. Now, what about if you were to exert training on the human mind? You could master your emotions and open a door that you never even realized has been in front of your face the entire time...

The road to enlightenment is extremely narrow. Enlightenment may cost you all you have, but do whatever it takes to reach it.

    Please stay tuned...

  6. Alex, I too dislike my 9 - 5 job. It sucks away too much time, life, and energy and doesn't allow me to pursue my dreams to its fullest.

@Sarah_Flagg gave you some really good advice.

Maybe you have ambitions to start a tech company but lack the funds? Maybe its a fashion company, but lacks the skills? Possibly even owning a bar, or restaurant but lack the time to commit to it?

Keep turning the pages backwards until you understand where you're at.

Maybe its starting off small by buying imported goods for cheap and selling them domestically for profit?

    -or-

Real-estate buying a duplex, living in one and renting the other unit out.

Theres a billion ways to make a million dollars. I would just hate to see you stuck at a job you're not passionate about when there are successful routes you may take.
