  3. Hello.. After a year+ of therapy my therapist advised me to go and join a psychic rehabilitation center to get intense psychotherapy for some months (to work on my fears and other blockages). She thinks my past traumas and events will take too long to go through in "normal" therapy for me to get better. I'm very skeptical about this, especially since during that time i won't be able to work, and i'm only just about a month into my new job. I'm also not sure if a place like that is actually something that i need, and even if i would do something like that, i'd rather join a Buddhist monastery to do some serious inner work myself. What do you guys think?

Hello, Lately i've been making the stupidest mistakes at work ( laborious and mundane), and i'm trying to weed out what exactly might be the cause of this, cause i'm getting a lot of complaints from my boss. I'm eating healthy ( mostly fruits and vegetables diet), i sleep 7-8 hours every night ( although i wake up 2-3 times randomly ), have a consistent meditation habit to clear my head, drink plenty of water etc. About a month ago i had a medical checkup, and everything was good. They checked my vitamins and they were all high, so i'm clueless here.
  5. Yea... to be honest i don't really give a **** about this job. I'm just doing it in the meantime because i need cash to move to a different area with better job opportunities.
  6. Could be true, but there is no time to do things slowly in my job. It's a constant rush against the time, at least if you don't want to work overtime ( unpaid) .
  7. Yea, i've been reading into improving sleep quite a lot lately. I've even started supplementing magnesium. Haven't had any alcohol in like 2 years and i don't smoke.
  8. Hmm, i'm not sure about this. I am definitely missing deep sleep, but i don't think that breathing is my problem. All of this happend when i changed my sleep schedule ( for work ). I used to sleep very well before, without waking up once.

  14. Is there a slight chance of you being addicted to porn? It can mess with your preferences/fantasies up to a point where you might become "bored" of the opposite sex, which creates these thoughts and ideas of being gay. I'm talking from first person experience here. I've had hocd (Homosexual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in the past, and it cured itself by leaving porn and excessive masturbation behind me. And even if you're not addicted, it could still be the cause.
