Thank you! I have been learning my music software for the past 2 years or so. I have loved electronic music since I was a child. Some of my best memories are from listening to trance music. I would even say that it saved me in my teens. So it's most likely going to be vocal trance music.

I once asked a guy who was born deaf, his brother is a friend of mine and can communicate with sign language. So I asked him "In what language do you think in?" He couldn't answer the question. Surely he also thinks in visual concepts or emotions, etc.

I've suffered from psychosis earlier. Definitely a spiritual emergency. A psychotic drowns in the same waters where a mystic swims with delight. Meds were not the answer for me. Yoga and meditation works miracles.

OP; Start an energetic practice, like Tai Chi. Words cant describe how effective it has been to me. Start with 1 exercise in the morning and google it up my friend.
