  2. Can Vipassana be used for Enlightenment? Not ONLY the Enlightenment Experience but the Realization of TRUTH?
  3. Hey Guys, I'll be attending My First Vipassana Retreat from 15 october. I know that All have different experiences but I wanted to ask How your Life has changed after your First Vipassana Retreat. Please share How were you before and changes you observed After the retreat. And also, How many of those changes became "Permanent" in your Life? This time hoping to hear from Sir @Leo Gura also. *Especially I'm talking about the Personal Character changes and not the Enlightenment experience. But you can share them too. Thank you!!
  4. I am jealous of other people's growth (actually the ones who are close to me).I don't harm them in any way, I'm just burning inside while I'm being jealous.I really don't like this behaviour of mine and want to overcome it. this behaviour is really holding me back.I'm feeling stuck because of myself. When I watch any of the personal development videos, I have a fear run over me that these people will grow if they see these videos.I get completely consumed in this fear and then I cannot watch the videos with my full attention. Can you see how this is holding me back? I have to overcome it else I won't be able to self-Actualize. Please don't think of me as An evil person.I'm not happy with it, I really want to change it.
  5. I was also talking about Understanding "suffering" deeply.

  8. When we are Mindful/Aware/Conscious of Ourselves and thoughts, ARE we in "Being State" then ?
  9. Does "Being" means - Not having any thought at all? Being Aware/mindful of thoughts and feelings without judging them(being mindful of that judgement also)? Or Is it a Special state which is only possible after a lot of consciousness work?
  10. AS SIMPLE AS THE TITLE SOUNDS , WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AWARENESS AND CONCENTRATION.
