Here's a similar one.
Wow, Matt Khan really turns spirituality on it's head, utterly. I've felt this way before. A daily routine, do this meditation then do that, etc. So many techniques, so many concepts. Be present, observe emotions, thoughts, accept what arises, inquire, and and and.
It's overwhelming to say the least, and all I really want to do is just let go of even spiritual practice and enjoy life. Now.
so I'm left confused. Do I continue meditation, inquiry? Well of course, it's improved my life so far, right? Is this what Buddha meant, with the "middle way", in a modern context? Enough discipline to keep up a certain practice and not succumb to mindless distractions for instant gratification, yet at the same time a constant letting go of practice, a constant letting go of seeking, a constant letting go of reaching. Being, and not doing. That is the goal, yet that again is another goal to let go of, and that in itself is a thought. I'll stop here.
I have absorpted All Free material from him, it is pure gold.

I have seen more topics on This forum on how To delete account, only they are not answered. The option is not there?
Maybe only moderators can do that? If a moderator sees This, I am ready for the deletion of This account.

I have the Same thing! I even personally messaged moderators a few Days ago, they have not answered so far, while they were online.

The Video does not see the fastest way To enlightenment is physically Killing yourself, that is BS and cut that Idea immidiately out of Your Head.
Enlightenment is stepping into the body. Whenever you had an enlightenment experience, You were really grounded, right?
I do not follow Teal videos anymore, but they helped for as long they helped me.
-
sounds a bit funny, but there are many lecels of consciousness. There are infinite levels of truth and the realization that You are transforms again to a even deeper or different realizition. You wake up out of enlightenment into a new floor of enlightenment and it never ends. That is why enlightenment is a starting point.
Does anyone know hot to delete your forum account? The moderaters do not respond. Success on your individual journeys.

The settings have changed and now it is not possible?

Then when you stopped you thought the results were weird because it was unfamiliar. I think its down to the person.
Very interesting though, I am going to give it a shot because i am curious of what happens
in My experience it was more of a neurotic way of living to hold yourself back and ignoring the survival system, by not using it for days it Will go away is a fiction. It is Both Natural but countering something that is present You are only fighting with a system in Your body, is not the most loving thing to do to yourself. The effects of confidence are easily made with Inner growth (loving yourself).

@Grant♪ I have something very, very similair to you and have done much spiritual development and studied enlightened masters and artists. The conclusion for now is that as long as it resonates, it is a passion. Only the thing is that once you have been healed from past experiences and you become more authenctic, the passion gets also more authentic. Enlightened ones experience passion out of being, only the veil of being/doing dissappears. What resonates today may not resonate tomorrow. Luckely that when you get more authentic, the music becomes more clear and passionate. Real authentic beautiful music comes out of joy and love for reality, that translates into the music. So if you become very loving, spontanous with a love for reality, that would be heard in the music. Passion has not really to do with sabotaging yourself to play for full 10 hours a day, I have played so much in the past and it may helped, but it is kind of an ego thing. Altough there has to be some kind of skill. You certainly know there is a passion when you feel your belly if full on fire, love for creating. Passion is something that comes from the heart, so real passion comes in the present moment when you for example do something like piano, without projecting into the future. The projection does the mind, passion only in the present moment does magic when listening.

I have done it for a few months, and there happened some things. I got very sexual in every conversation with a girl, the libido was really high. I also saw more of a deepness in people, those two things are a bit of a paradox. It is just the question what will happen if the instinct gets so high that it becomes priority number one. It gives a false sense of confidence, you think you are more confident, but actually it is more of a effect that alcohol would have. It is not real confidence that is natural. If you are involved with pickup (I quitted), you will do insane things to meet girls. For example if you had to cycle for an hour to get to such a place, you would do it because of the libido. It may sound a bit weird, that is why I do not really recommend it. There are better ways to get of the addiction from masturbation if that is present. After those months, one will probably masturbate again and the cycle starts over again. Willpower increases enormously.

Matt Kahn really gives a new paradigm to that in this video, he literally says that sentence and says why that does not work and gives a tremendous new way of going about it so realizing permament enlightenment is not far away.

The revenant was certainly very interesting as well. Aside from the bloody things, there was certainly a spiritual message in there. According to Eckhart Tolle it is a good movie when the charachter goes trough a transformation. The ending was quite a pity with the revenge part, better he had forgiven. Loved the movie.

Matthew Hussey's videos would help. Complete channel dedicated to your question.
For me it is somewhat different. I like girls who are not attached to outcome, have a complementary expression where I can have a good laugh with. It would be a bonus if she is somewhat involved in spirituality. Phone addiction, attachment to status, scared of being alone, addiction to series would be a big nope. At the moment, having a girlfriend is not really something that really matters.
The ultimate way is spirituality that clears all those patterns. I watch Matt kahn, but it is for the ones who really are involved in spirituality for a while. Ofcourse you may try it out.

47 minutes ago, Scarecrow said:Do enlightened people still enjoy hobbies and activities like playing soccer or watching at movie and things like that. And do enlightened people still fallow a passion or is that ego?
Many enlightened masters watch movies. Mostly movies with a deep message. I know of one living that goes to the gym, so the masculin side of him can let it self out (after many years of stillness). Enlightened people do not stare at a white wall for 24 hours. They still make choiche when they eat at restaurants. Some enlightened ones still paint, those things.
Enlightened people experience much passion naturaly, but ofcourse from many things they can feel passion (listening to specific music, retreats), Also much passion from laughing I see. It is much like childhood so it is really playful, spontanous, joyful.
For the most direct path to enlightenment, it is focused in a heart-centered way, that is what many people tend to ignore. The path to realizing is not so painful as a bonus than 'crushing' the 'ego'.
Have fun.

Love has no identification. It is pure empty awareness, so what if we build a new pattern than identification and do what Matt in the first and second video says? It may surprise you very deeply after a few months.
Any spiritual path that is not focused in the heart does not grant you enlightenment for sure, than willpower plays in it, judgement also etc.
