I just spoke to the doctor about having a blood test today. I told them i've been taking 6000IU a day of vitamin D. They said that they wouldn't be able to get an accurate reading of my vitamin D levels until I go off the vitamin D supplements for a few months, so come off them until March and then book back in. That sounds a bit off to me. He was saying that you need to see your natural levels from diet and sunshine but to me it seems like the doctors clinics are busy due to covid and this is a way of flipping me off until the pandemic is over. Any thoughts?

I thought about this while meditating today and Rupert sums it up when he says to Tim , "it doesn't matter if you think its all consciousness or not, as long as you realise its all love thats the main thing." I loved that part and completely agree.

It talks about the importance of taking Activated charcoal - 500mg 15 minutes before and the same dose again after the removal of a filling

pretty decent prediction i think. A lot of it just makes sense logically and is just based off the way things seem to be going based on how things went this year.

A new earth is the follow up book which i would say is even better and a must read

It would make more sense for a different stage to be caught up in cancel culture don't you think? Not the inclusive stage.

20 minutes ago, Carl-Richard said:That movement would only be possible if those worldcentric values are already accessible in the cultural environment, and even then, there are additional factors that could prevent those values from being adopted.
You could argue that there is, but only within a very strict framework compared to the naive perspective of "enlightenment cures everything". The journey from ethnocentric to worldcentric required thousands of years of sociocultural evolution. Unless you're willing to argue that enlightenment comes with some kind of cultural download package from the spiritual ether, you shouldn't expect those values to just suddenly manifest within the mind of a person.

But isn't part of spiritual work to question your beliefs and assumptions in order to attain nirvana. If thats the case then you would question the assumption of whether or not you are a human, once you realise you aren't you would also realise others aren't too and are the same, which would make it hard to have this ethnocentric in group, out group ethnocentrism.

There must be a relationship between waking up and faster growing up development as it makes you more aware of your limited thinking

I get the whole states vs stages differences but the only thing i would say is surely even if you are at stage red and have experienced high states of consciousness (I will use that instead of enlightened) the fact that you have had this non dual loving awareness and see all things as one, wouldn't this automatically move you up the spiral? You would understand for example that the whole idea of ethnocentric values is coming from the ego mind and there isn't a difference between a black, white or yellow person which would move you up into world centric surely.

Ken Wilber predicts we are about 15 years away from yellow permeating mainstream culture but he does also say we have around 5% yellow now - the only yellow news channel I know of is The Daily Evolver and therefore we aren't even close to that. Im also reading the religion of tomorrow now probably the best book i've ever read.

I know of no other people who have any online presence that create such consistently quality, in depth work. It doesn't matter if the watcher doesn't agree with the substance of Leo's teachings, the thought, dedication and care that Leo puts into them is apparent.

Is anyone signed up for this website? It looks really nice and beneficial. It has lots of stage yellow podcasts reflecting on current events and a community with daily/weekly holistic practices which can be practiced with others which can bring alot of benefit during lockdown.
I'm thinking of signing up today but before i do i was wondering what the consensus is on this? Has anyone used it? Did you find benefit from it?

This video attempts to portray the evolution of human consciousness and culture through the spiral of history.

Cheers for that Michael I'll give them a try. What do you think to the doctor saying that I can only get an accurate reading of my vitamin D levels after a couple of months off Vitamin D supplements? It doesn't make sense to me because It would defeat the purpose of seeing what effect the supplements are having.
