  1. I love the end "just get the human out of it". Trigger warning for @Leo Gura
  2. Not in a physical or metaphysical sense. But as an illusion they do.
  3. I dont know how serious of a scientist he is but I didnt believe scientists really are that materialistic.
  4. @Annoynymous @Hello from Russia I know you didnt ask me but I would not see a problem with it as long as they let you do your thing. I think spirituality is highly personal, in the end you will have to walk the path alone anyway.
  5. Another thing to add about addiction. Even though MDMA feels amazing and many (myself included) think its more euphoric than cocaine I paradoxically dont find it particulary addicting at the same time. Its not a substance that enables compulsive behaviour. I never ever had a desire to overdo it or a craving for it. The reason for this I think is that re-dosing does almost nothing and the hangover. The hangover itself at the peak is milder than alcohol but it can last multiple days and that alone turns you off from overdoing it even if you now nothing about safer use or the brain chemistry science behind it. But of course there are always people out there who overdo it but for the average well adjusted person its not a concern I think.
  6. @Leo Gura As I said 0 trips is not enough but more than 10 is too much. Its a good substance for a first experience with psychedelic-like substance because a bad trip is almost impossible. I doubt it would do much for someone at your level. But it would still be interresting to see how deep you can go with it. It wouldnt be a party drug if it mindfucked people too much.
  7. I have 30+ trips under my belt and it was always the same basic experience, MDMA is very predictable. As far as I understand the problem is that serotonin receptors shut down because of the overexposure but anti-oxidants can counter that + as far as I know this was never been proven in humans. I wouldnt trust the research too much because the people in the studies are almost always heavy users (High doses every week) and they dont just take MDMA. That said 10 trips seems a good amout I think after that you have gotten everything MDMA spiritually has to offer out of it anyway. Altough at least 1 one of these 10 trips I would take it in a non-serious recreational festival/club setting because the synergy with music is out of this world, its an outstandig experience. I dont recommend anyone overdoing it like I did, it doesnt seem sustainable and its not worth the potential damage/hangover recreationally and spritually it doesnt go very deep for me. So its worth it for the experience but then drop it.
  8. @ravlondon I have this problem too, my bad experiences with approaching just made my anxiety around women skyrocket and enforced all my negative beliefs about myself. At this point it would just be masochistic to keep doing it.
  9. So people who are masturbating are basically visualizing having sex intensely and a lot. Yet men go on nofap because they lack sex in real life and hope to have more sex by not masturbating. Shouldnt guys manifest having sex in real life according to law of attraction by constantly visualizing it? Yet it seems to have the opposite effect. How does this make sense?
  10. He also talks about the computer simulation scenario a lot. He as an engineer takes LSD and because of his background he comes to the conclusion that its a simulation, you read spiritual books and you come to the God conclusion. How exactly do you know you are more right than him? @Leo Gura It seems like psychedelics push your thinking process out of the usual box but the insights are highly dependend on past memories. Im sure a scientologist taking LSD will be able to confirm his beliefs also.
  11. @pointessa can do you a full maha mudra with the leg stretched and reaching the big toe completely? Do you know any exercises to get there faster? Right now I cant even touch my toes when im standing and feet are stretched.
  12. Is anybody able to hold baby khechari for more than 2-3 minutes? it hurts like hell in the tongue muscles
  13. https://www.amazon.com/Kriya-Yoga-Science-Life-Force/dp/8121512506/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1549999524&sr=8-1&keywords=kriya+science+of+life+force It might be good. Im using this guys videos for a basis of how to do the basic kriya techniques
  14. Psychedelics like LSD for example push up your heart rate quite a bit and also act as a vasoconstrictor. When I measured my heart rate at a peak it was around 140 and it got me worried. Why is LSD considered physically safe and not associated with heart attack risk like cocaine is for example? It lasts quite long too and I cant imagine there is no danger when your heart rate and blood pressure is that high for such a long time.
  15. Valid points, altough the exercise argument is not. Taking drugs and working out is not the same kind of stress on the cardio system.
  16. Stop doing this shit. There are acceptable places to approach like nightclubs or bars. Do you any normal dude who isnt into PUA or Internet Forums and does that shit? You will get labeled weird right from the start.
  17. 1. Lotus seat: Even though I sit in the lotus seat daily for months my feet begin to hurt after 10 minutes and I have pain when standing up. This doesnt seem to get better. 2. Maha Mudra: Cant stretch my legs and touch them. I do it with bending my knees but I feel thats too exhausting for yoga. Also doesnt seem to get better. Should I just keep doing these or is there any other exercises I can do to accelerate the flexibility? How long does it take until someone becomes more flexible?
  18. @Leo Gura But what exactly? I mean as long as you do the techniques correctly what could you be missing?
  19. When I hear Leo talk about stuff like that god (you) exists all alone and for eternity and that my ego wont survive death it sounds honestly terrifying to me. Im sure this is just because I dont grasp what is said here yet, because none of the enlightened people treat it as a problem. People who wanted to figure out reality and finally were awake and became conscious of what reality reallly is, what happens after death, etc.. Are you satisfyed with the answer? Are you okay with what reality is?

  21. So the point of life is waking up. Becoming aware of the dream. Why is it then designed in a way so that you need to mediate for thousands of hours? Why was this made so hard to achive ? People do meditate for decades in a cave, but what kind of life is that honestly? You are just sitting there doing nothing and somehow this is exactly what god wants you to do. Why does all this stuff even exist if you shouldnt engage in it ? Its like Im designing the best video game ever but then I just make the people who try to play it miserable
  22. @BuddhaTree how long did it take you to do full khechari, and have you tasted the supposed swet divine nectar from the pinneal gland?
  23. So Im at it daily for 7 months. The Sanatata basic routine as in the first book once per day. Ive become more flexible which is nice but not much else has happened. Ive also asked Santata Gamana to clarify what he means by "pulling up the energy" per mail, this was his reply if it helps anyone
