Okay this just blew my fucking mind. I just saw on YouTube that people gaze into the sun at sunrise and sunset in order to attain information from the universe for spiritual growth. Same with the moon. Have any of you heard of this before or ever tried it? It seems so contradictory to what we learn in school, that we should never stare directly into the sun. But why do people across the world all stop and watch the sunset? It’s like something so natural within all of us to look at it.

@Xin I’ve found that I’m able to get more done if I wake up earlier. I think it has something to do with our nature. If you’re a caveman, you go out and hunt during the day and rest when the sun goes down. I think a lot of people like to wake up early to be “ahead of the game”. As far as sleep goes I think it’s important to listen to your body. You’re probably still growing at your age so you may need more sleep. However, I’ve heard people say they go from sleeping 9 hours to 4 hours because they changed their diet and they have all this energy now that they don’t need to sleep any longer. One guy specifically said that once he started eating one meal a day he only needed 4 hours of sleep. Your body uses something like 40% of its energy to digest food so the less time you spend using your digestive system the more energy you free up.

I’m skeptical if he’s even a vegan if he lies about how many calories he eats. But hey maybe he is, I guess it’s cool how much controversial information there is out there. I hope we all find the truth someday both in nutrition and spiritually of course.

@ppfeiff don’t get me wrong, I think vegan can definitely be healthier than eating fast food all the time. Buuuut, there is no fucking way that guy in the video eats what he says he eats. Haha I watched it, he said he’s between 1000-1500 calories per day. That would be enough for someone to maintain under 100lbs of body weight. Prisoners in Hitlers concentration camps ate about 1000 calories per day and look at them. He looks more like he’s 150-160lbs which means he’d have to consume over 2000 calories a day to just maintain that body weight, let alone grow. I’m 190 and I have to eat 2800 just to maintain this weight and I’m still thin because of my height. There’s no way he can be that muscular for 15 years on such a low calorie diet. There’s even other vegans on YouTube debunking this guy.

Vegans: The epitome of malnourishment This seems a bit extreme but is definitely thought provoking.

Damn... I read a sign while I was driving earlier this morning, it’s said, “Don’t take today for granted.”

From what I’ve studied over the past few days, and idk if this is true so I’m going to find out for myself, is that the bacteria and parasites that grow on raw meat are super beneficial to us. The only bad bacteria or parasites are man made and come from animals that have been injected with horomones and forced to eat diets that aren’t for them. I just watched a video of a guy eating one year old rotten meat. He eats rotten meat all the time and claims it only makes him healthier. ? I just watched a lecture today on how plants have a defense mechanism which can really harm us when we eat them. I’m really starting to wonder if everything we’ve been taught about nutrition is ass backwards, 180 degrees the wrong way. Could that be the work of the Devil? ? interesting...

Trying to find the work that’s most meaningful for me to do in life that I can also be super passionate about. It’s emotionally difficult not knowing what I want to do with myself but I keep pushing forward. I will discover it someday.

@Faceless I love looking at a full moon I’ve had beautiful experiences with it. What do you mean headless? -
I heard drinking raw milk can help cure autism. I’ve heard it from two people now who had autism in the past. Autism rates are rising and projected to be in 50% of our babies in the near future. We need to change what we feed our bodies.

This has happened to me before and it left me stifled trying to explain spiritual enlightenment to this guy. Haha -
@Huginn There’s so much controversial information out there I hope we can all find the truth someday. Thanks for sharing.

As someone who’s had multiple lucid dreams before I would like to point out something. If you’ve ever had a lucid dream, you know that you’re dreaming and therefore you know you can do anything. You BELIEVE that you can fly and therefore you fly. You believe you can teleport and therefore you teleport. This life, this dream, is no different. If you become lucid enough in this dream, you will see that anything is possible because it is only just a dream and your thoughts influence this dream directly. You can fly. You can walk on water. You can turn water into wine. You can push your hand into solid rock and make a handprint. What you believe is what you get. If you’ve ever had a dream where you think something bad is about to happen, guess what, something bad happens. Leo said in his video that there are certain rules to dreams. You can’t turn gravity upside down is what he said. But I disagree, you create the rules by believing what you believe.

@SgtPepper Yeah I don’t think there’s anything wrong with including some veggies and fruits in your diet. What’s really intrigued me is the stories of tribes living to be 150yrs old living mostly off of raw fish and other raw meats, with the occasional fruit or veggie. Your body can live off of fat by the way. They call it ketosis and a lot of people claim to have way more energy when they use fat instead of glucose. Ketogenic diets focus on this. But even if you’re not in ketosis you can convert protein into glucose. From what I’ve studied the risk of getting harmful bacteria only comes when you are eating an unhealthy animal. If you’re eating ones that are raised on a pasture, wild caught, and eating what they’re meant to eat then there seems to be no risk. I wouldn’t eat raw eggs or meat from Walmart. Lol Something I’m reconciling with is having to kill animals in order for me to survive. I love cows and all animals really and I wouldn’t want any suffering to come to them, let alone at my hands. I’m not religious but before I eat now I say a little prayer hoping that the lives of the animals I’m eating live on in some way and I wish them well and thank them. Joseph Campbell’s work has helped give me some peace of mind. He talks about how you cannot have life without death and vis versa. When something dies, it is reborn. If you want to do more research on this you should look into the guy that started it all. His name is Aajonus Vonderplanitz. His story is incredible. He was sick and projected to die at 21 years old but raw food saved his life. He’s spoken with multiple tribes and seen how they live off of raw meat and well into 150yrs. What’s really insane though is that he was an activist for raw milk consumption and because of that he had death threats and was kidnapped one time and almost killed. He died in 2013 when his balcony at his house in Thailand collapsed. I saw in one of sv3riges videos that Aajonus’s friends think he was assinated. Normally I’m not that interested in conspiracy’s but Aajonus said once, “whatever the medical industry tells you to do, do the opposite and you’ll be healthy.” This struck me because I remember Leo saying once something along the lines of, “whatever mainstream society tells you to do, do the opposite and you can guarantee your success.” Another person to look into his Melissa Henig. She’s still alive and is a big advocate for raw foods and she does include some raw fruits and veggies.

It seems like the ultimate happiness is enlightenment right? But practically here’s how you can start to experience more satisfying emotions until you become enlightened. The most satisfying emotion of all would be that of love. Think back in your life to the times you felt the most joy and it was probably when you were in love. Tibetan Buddhism teaches the cultivation of love and compassion. You’re already meditating every day which is great, now you can start to meditate on love and compassion. “You can meditate on mindfulness without compassion but you cannot meditate on compassion without mindfulness.” Essentially by meditating on compassion you kill two birds with one stone. You are mindful and at the same time you are cultivating feelings of love. There is hard science to back up the power of compassion meditation and a great person to learn from would be the Dalai Lama himself or Mattieu Ricard. To sum it up, if you want to experience more happiness in your life, simply meditate on the feelings of love and compassion. -
Yeah I don’t think a lot of people are aware of the power of raw milk. You could literally live off raw milk and get all the nutrients you need.
-
From what I’ve heard it is your death and nothing less. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to find the truth, the ultimate cost being you own sacrifice.

@littleBIG if you fight for your limitations you get to keep them. There’s athletes that are hitting their peak at 50 years old so I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t go pro. Deliver pizza or something on the side while you get better at what you love. The way I see it is, if I loved skating as much as it sounds like you love it, I’d be fucking doing it 3 hours a day every day and be on the path to mastery. I wouldn’t let anything stop me from doing what I love. 10 years from now I’d be the champ.
-
@littleBIG bro it sounds like you need to skate. Reading your post when you said you think you should find something that you can make money doing made me go, “no no no! You love to skate just keep fucking skating!” Haha fuck trying to make money, that doesn’t end well when that’s your primary focus. Can you read any books or watch documentaries on how other skaters have gone pro? Have you reached out to any brands for sponsorship? Social media is big nowadays, you can post skate pics and videos and get a huge following if you market yourself properly. Once you have a following like that there will be companies that want you to promote their skate gear.

Yeah I definitely want to go grass fed at some point. I heard that’s the safest bet for raw meat as well as I’d like to know the animals I’m eating are pasture raised on a good farm and are healthy.
