  1. Of course you have fear. Could it really be an amazing journey without fear? It’s necessary.
  2. Leo has a video on over 40 ways to get started with self Actualization! Chickity check it out
  3. To make it a habit you have to do it everyday for at least 90 days and then it’ll be solid.
  4. 90% of toxins are released through your skin. If you’re getting acne, it’s because you’re consuming something toxic. Read We Want To Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz
  5. I’m gonna have my first lsd trip next week so if you guys could give me some pointers for how to prepare and get the most from it I’d appreciate it! I’m also going to rewatch Leo’s video on how to use psychedelics for personal development.
  6. 1. Integrity 2. Beauty 3. Connection
  7. I heard him say this awhile back and it makes me wonder if psychedelics are a trap or not. With him and other people like Peter Ralston being opposed to psychedelic use for spirituality it really makes me wonder. I’d like to hear yalls input on this.
  8. Do you think psychedelics are only capable of giving you short lived non dual experiences? Or would they be able to give you permanent non duality, even when you’re sober?
  9. I went with my intuition on this and decided to cut things off. It was interesting because I reminded me of the hero’s journey and how there’s traps along the way that you have to be careful of. Watching Leo’s video on bad relationships helped confirm this for me. Thank you guys
  10. I’m at a point right now where I have a vague idea of my life purpose, but I’m still not sure exactly what I want to do. I know that I want to make people feel good and it seems like singing could be a good outlet to do that. However, I want to explore more and find something that I absolutely love and have no doubt that I want to pursue it fully. What’s the best way to explore? Is it reading books? YouTube videos? I don’t know what I don’t know so how can I find new territory?
  11. Right but is there a difference when it comes to someone who is actually enlightened talking about psychedelics opposed to someone who’s trying to get enlightened using them?
  12. I’m still confused as to why someone like Peter Ralston is opposed to psychedelics for spirituality...
  13. @Barbarian Number 8 what’s an “advanced person” to you?
  14. You need to reach a point where you fully realize the importance of eating healthy. The reason you go back to unhealthy foods is because your body doesn’t know what your mind knows. Logically, you know what generally healthy food is. However, it may not be fully implemented into your subconscious and so you get pulled back to your old ways of eating. I suggest doing more research into health and diet. The more you learn, the more you’ll program your body with that new information and it will naturally be easier for you to eat healthy. You have to convince yourself basically.
  15. I’m the wrong guy to be asking about that. I only eat raw meat, raw milk, and raw honey. ? I’ve heard fruits and nuts aren’t that great for you. I’m not sure though I’m no nutritionist. Haha There’s so much contradictory information in the field of nutrition. I feel like it’s obviously good to cut out all processed food and/or supplements because they’re unnatural. Our bodies aren’t meant to eat 90% of the crap in stores nowadays. We didn’t evolve eating Oreos or canned fruits and veggies. If you were a caveman living in the wild, what would you eat to stay healthy? That’s how we evolved and I feel that’s where our source of highest nutrition comes from. But again, I’m no nutritionist and even if I was you still couldn’t really trust me. The optimal diet seems to be a mystery.
  16. Try them all and see which works best for you. I think the more natural your diet is the better.
  17. Thank you guys for your help. I definitely want to travel at some point with no particular place in mind. Maybe within the next year I’ll make plans to do so. Psychedelics are in my plans within the next month as well. I’m hoping lsd can give me some insights as to a direction for my life.
  18. I really want to take 5 Meo but I’m sketched out about getting my hands on some without ending up in prison. ? I’ll probably take lsd within the next month. The only experience I’ve had with psychedelics so far is cannabis which seems to be rather mild compared to true psychedelics. One of my top values is beauty. I want to experience the most beautiful things life has to offer. What psychedelics do you guys think can give me an experience like that?
  19. So after watching Leo’s video I tried the breathing exercise. I set a timer for 30 minutes but figured I’d probably only make it to 15 or 20 minutes. Around minute 10 it started to get really intense. I felt an enormous amount of energy coming up and my mind started to chime in and say,” I can’t do this I need to stop.” I went for a minute or two longer and then decided to stop. It felt like I was purging. Nothing negative came up this time it was more so just intense and overwhelming. This is definitely an exercise I’m going to keep doing. Thank you Leo for sharing cool shit with us.
  20. Tonight I did the shamanic breathing technique mentioned in Leo’s video and I made it close to 30 minutes this time. There was a lot of emotion that came up and it was mostly good. I started to feel extremely thankful for life and all of the opportunities I’ve been given. I felt love for those who I’ve had trouble forgiving. I realized how much I’m yearning for my mother’s love and how much I want to hug her and tell her I love her. Amazing memories came up both good and bad and it was absolutely beautiful to remember them. I probably cried/laughed for a solid 20-30 minutes afterward. At one point I recall becoming aware of the pain I was feeling and disidentifying with it. I felt a space of emptiness around me like I’ve never felt before. I closed my eyes and saw nothingness and felt completely alone. I felt myself settle into the deep vibrating sound of Om. I’ve never heard it as clearly as I did just now and it was quite a cool experience. I just focused on the sound for a little while until it faded and now here I am writing this. If you haven’t tried the breathing exercise yet I highly recommend it. I feel like so much emotion was purged tonight after doing this and it was such a beautiful experience. Everyone should try it!
  21. @littleBIG dude fuck yeah that sounds awesome haha I kinda want to live in a van at some point and just go where the wind takes me.
  22. Alright get on the black market and buy some chloroform and then go to her house and kidnap her.... Na I’m kidding ? Although painful, ending a relationship can sometimes be the most beneficial thing for a person. Maybe you need to have that false sense of happiness stripped away from you in order to continue your growth. Lean into the pain and suffer consciously. Stay aware during your suffering and you will grow from it.
