  1. I would not underestimate the power of a ceremony with an experienced shaman (who can influence the cermemony in profound ways, if skilled) and in a small group. I'm close to finishing my travels and had incredibly deep experiences with lasting impact from these Ayahuasca sessions in small groups (3-4 ppl). I definitely like both options, in groups but also alone. But specially if you're around ppl who already have experience, you can exchange yourself with them, share perspectives and insights, make valuable friendships and so on. If you have the money and feel like the shaman is a real deal, I'd say go for it.
  2. Seeing very clear what people miss in life and what their strengths are - MDMA Feeling deep energetic connections between me and other ppl, feeling what other ppl feel - Ayahuasca Moving my energy precisely through my "energetic body" - San Pedro Maybe some more in the past, can't remember exactly.. These are recent ones Wich i experienced in the last half year
  3. If you want a professional software with basic setup go for Hitfilm Express. It's very similar to Adobe premiere but free. If you like it you can later purchase additional functions
  4. Everything is always in synchronicity. I was at a retreat in South America, the shaman said with absolute knowing in his beeing "coincidence doesn't exist, everything happens for a reason". And in higher states of consciousness this has been proved to me dozens of times. I had another Ayahuasca cermemony just a day ago. The connectedness was overwhelming. One of the most beautiful things I ever experienced
  5. @Mezanti Ok here's my point of view. Sounds like a beautiful change in your perception happened. Embrace it, you have the chance to explore life on a much deeper and fuller level than before. Go fully into it, explore it, don't fight it. Understandable your ego wants to hold on to this unfinished "stage orange" projects. Your values change but it doesn't mean you have to give them up completely. They can still be valuable to peruse, they're just gone be lower in your value hierarchy. Eventually you gonna cut them out or not, but give yourself time to understand your new predicament, don't jump to conclusions too fast
  6. @ElvisN Buy test kits & do research https://www.smplest.eu/products/ehrlich-test This is just one I found in a minute of googling. Look for more
  7. @zeroISinfinity the question was aimed at the topic starter not at you, I accidentally put your name in. But no you don't need it, but if you are ready for them they can be of great help. But also if you have never done any psychodelic I would not recommend starting with 5meo, it's probably way too powerful for someone new in this field. Maybe start off with small doses of mushrooms of lsd and work your way up, otherwise there's a high chance you will be scared off by jumping straight into the depth of the sea.
  8. @zeroISinfinity you tested your stuff? How sure are you it's actually 5meo? Edit: Sorry @ElvisN
  9. @flume you are awesome ? ??
  10. @flume no thanks, I don't like coffee ☺️
  11. Have quite some experience with microdosing and small doses up to 75uq, no difference for me in this range
  12. I love Leo's videos but i indeed have used them to help me fall asleep ?
  13. Hej folks! Tomorrow im starting my first 10 day solo retreat. I booked an Airbnb in Peru and gona stay there non stop meditating. My question: I would like to fast for a couple of days, 3 days to be exact. Can the one's who have experienced 3 day's or more of fasting give me some tips, hints, insights or whatever you think might be helpful. Do you think its wise to start off the retreat with fasting or end it with fasting? Thanks and cheers ✌️
  14. @Nahm . Good thing you mentioned the bloodsugar thing, it will probably be hard to focus if im going through the motions as my body adapts to not eating. I will do fasting on another occasion but not while the retreat, since my main focus goes to gaining clarity and purification of mind. The superfoods are a nice tip. Have not thought about it. I will probably use the Mambe I still have from my aya retreat 1 month ago. Of what I heard this stuff is supposed to be extremely healthy. I can also use it for meditation when i feel drowsy. Blessings & Thanks for your input ??
  15. @Leo Gura interesting, looking forward for more information in the future thanks for taking the time to answer, appreciate it
  16. @Leo Gura Hej there, In one video you mentioned there is a substance even more powerful than 5meo and you will reveal it one day. In the newest Video (29.march.19l you said 5meo is the most powerful tool. Is the statement from the older video still actuall? And have you tried the other substance?
  17. Hej there Just 1 week ago i finished a 10 day Ayahuasca and San Pedro retreat in the Antes of Colombia at a really really good retreat center. If you have the money and the time i suggest to go there if you really want a multiple day/week retreat. It was truly amazing, i have experienced several other psychodelics in the past and definitely got a lot out of them but on the retreat i got the deepest states and realisations yet. If you decide so, be careful where to go, there are a lot of ppl out there just wanting to make money and don't rly care about your wellbeing. If you like send me a private message and I'll let you know where i was.
  18. I once heard a song gets stuck in your head if the mind wants to know the whole song but can't remember the whole thing. So at one part there should be a break where you can't remember the lyrics or a guitar riff or whatsoever.. can you relate? Check for yourself, and if so, you could listen to the song a couple times till you know the whole thing.. But i would go with @mandyjw suggestion, beeing as present as possible, it's a great reminder to be more attentive if you hear a broken record in your mind. I have practiced this one for myself and it worked, so good luck
  19. I just wanted to share this Documentary I highly recommend watching it, it has alot of valuable information in it. Its basicly about how ideas about the uncouncess mind (founded by S. Freud), made HUGE impact in history since the 20's or so. I also find it super interesting to see the documentary through the Spiral Dynamics Paradigma. U can see evolvement from blue to orange to even green. Have fun watching
  20. @EugeneTheSage my guess is your meditation becomes mechanical/automatic Like pretty much everything you do over time if you not stay actively conscious Imagine / remember the progress of learing to drive a car, in the beginning you gotta be aware of every little move you do. Later u can do the whole progress without even thinking about it Give your best to stay in "the beginners mind", every time, like u do it for the first time
