  17. Is it the constant practice of making a habit of focusing on the breath that will make you forget all the thoughts you have? Is it disciplinating your mind into living in the present moment?

  20. @Girzo Not really. Considering it hard is why people dont reach enlightnment. If you stop considering it hard, it just is. Just search 5 minutes a day and study it. Hard? Not at all.
  21. How much time do you spend there? Do they have rooms? Do you sleep in the same room with other people? Can I go by myself if Im only 17?

  25. @Leo Gura Already did. I trust my 5 senses. Truth be told I already know 95% of enlightnment. I understand it, but that doesnt mean i have all the information or i can explain it like you.
