  1. @Psyche_92 Well, I used to go 4 or 5 days without thinking i was doing nofap. Intentionally, yes. Non-intentionally, nope.

  3. yeah, i sometimes have brief moments of clarity but they dont last long. stillness hasnt lasted long

  13. @Dan Arnautu Yes, I used to feel very frustrated but i went on anti depressants and it numb my depression. But just got to keep looking foward.

  15. Yes but i dont control what thoughts pop in my head, so how can I let go of that thought "I need to relax"? Its like tryiung to control the uncontrolable and every time or most times i do it I fail. I dont know man, I just want lasting relaxation and peace. Thats all i ever wanted. Btw, if i dont have the thought "I need to relax" what would be my motivation to meditate? There is certain things i want about meditation! Wouldnt i put no effort if i let go of that thought?
