@Raptorsin7 They are both practices that work, contemplation/self-inquiry, and beingness/meditation. The reason why you have thoughts in the first place is that you don't know things, so through self-inquiry, you can know the nature of all things thus leads to beingness and no self when you've done enough of it. Basically thinking so much that you can't think of anything else anymore. Meditation/beingness is about surrendering to everything, knowing that you know nothing and no knowledge is true, thus leading to beingness and no self, but it requires patience and discipline. Either way, you are going to get to the truth, I like to do both.

I can feel my partner even though we haven't met yet. There is a connection you have with everyone through the source, but it especially strong with certain people who match your frequency. The feeling comes from the future self, and because in the source time is irrelevant, you can get an energetic feeling to those you will meet in the future, and get an intuition on an approximate time until you meet them.

True self-inquiry is about getting to the root of something, it can be anything. You continue to ask questions about the nature of that thing, and when answers arise, you ask about the nature of that answer. Repeat until you have no more questions to ask about that thing. For example, you can ask What is fear? Fear is a self-defense mechanism. Then you can ask, what is a self, and what is a mechanism, and so on until you reach the point where no more question can be asked. This requires extreme concentration and awareness, which often takes hours to complete. But if you can do this many times with different subjects or things, you will reach the truth.

What one has experienced before can be replicated much easier because they have the emotional memory of that experience. So by experiencing something in a dream and remembering the emotional frequency of that experience can lead to the manifestation of that experience in reality.

@fi1ghtclub To merge completely into infinity is no different than what you are experiencing right now because the infinite is absolute it includes everything. You are never separated from it. However, you can become more aware of infinite love. To be actually non-dual is to be everything and know that all is love and all is you. The pinnacle of non-duality is when there is nothing but infinite love left in your experience. This doesn't mean there is no pain or suffering to the ego, but the being is no longer identified with the ego, so it will experience everything as love, as itself. Thoughts are love too in the absolute. The absolute is so absolute that even the duality between duality and non-duality is merged.

@Raptorsin7 You can't describe ego death to the ego because for it to understand it needs to die. This is why the truth can never be completely and accurately described because it is infinite and it is everything. It is both gradual and sudden, and it depends on the person. The moment of full awakening is sudden, and there are many smaller awakenings gradually leading towards it. Yes, if you surrender and continue you will see. You can also try breath works, it can lead to glimpses too. Note all practices lead to awakening, beingness/meditation is just one of them, is good to try different things and follow your intuition.

@Raptorsin7 The structure of the ego starts with beliefs, you believe you exists, you believe reality is real, you believe you are separated from infinite love. Those beliefs then form desires, and desires create fears, your fear then becomes your subconscious programming and determines your behavior. To truly be without desires/ego, is to be infinite love/god. This is extremely difficult to do for the ego because it needs to kill itself. When you completely stop all beliefs, you become the entire existence/infinite love.
