  1. It is you. Yet it's not you. In the same way as you are you, but you are also the universe. You put them into words but you can chose not to identify with them. The absolute truth is that you are everything in the universe. But you're looking to experience certain things and so what you're doing is changing your perspective. So you could take on the perspective of you thinking those thoughts or you could take on the perspective of you deeming these thoughts as not a part of you. Both are true. Right now you are taking the perspective of being a human but one day you might take another perspective. that's why they say they say that there is no time, everything is happening right now, the future the past, the big bang...it's just a matter of perspective. What portion of reality you're perceiving right now. And even this is bullshit, the universe is infinite intelligence itself, I couldn't possibly dare to pretend I fully understand how things work. My best explanation is probably as simple as 1+1=2 while the real thing is something like a modern unsolved mathematical problem. But what I know right now can serve as a good torch.
  2. We all aim to stop seeking, to just be But there's a momentum at place. There's a barrage of subconscious beliefs and fears we have about life, there are feelings, we have our surroundings, our friends and environments that give off vibes that push us into seeking...this all is a Huge momentum. I'll use this metaphor : It's like trying to stop a car that is advancing at a couple hundred thousand miles an hour. If you force it to come to a full stop suddenly then you didn't stop, you crashed. You'll be knocked out and you won't remember what happened, and you'll be back to doing what you always did. Just like a car, if you want to stop you first gotta hit the brakes and slow down. And there is a lot of momentum to slow down. So aim to seek less, at the pace that your momentum allows you to diminish in a comfortable manner. To respect this momentum is key in growing spiritually. It helps bring about patience, which brings peace. It also helps you to take distance from what's going on in your body and mind. To take a step back to realize you are not the things you're trying to change about yourself nor are you the things you will have changed about yourself. You are a the process inbetween those two. You are the change itself. Which is why enlightenment never stops, an end-state is never reached, that would mean the end of you. To change is to be. The journey is really the goal. The universe is in infinite expansion, ever-changing, ever-being. It's the only constant, that nothing is constant. We embody that propriety of the universe, as we are the universe, always changing, always being. The seeking can stop when we realize there is never an end, there's nothing to seek in infinity, you will never ''find'' what you're looking for because there is always more to find. But the seeking won't stop because we are constantly-changing. Which might appear confusing. It quite is. Seeking is us being which is why we're all enlightened already in that sense. But if we really want to enlighten we have to change the nature of our seeking, instead of trying to seek to be something, which is impossible as we are change itself, we should seek to be ourselves, meaning we should seek to be our change. Instead of trying to change out a place of needing to be fulfilled which is seeking, change out of a place of trust : You're not trying to change because something is missing in your life, your changing is what fulfills you. Not the result after the change, the change itself. So be absolutely ecstatic that there are things to change about you, that you feel like you could do better in some places. How can we be perfect and still want change? Because change is perfection. Your imperfections are your perfections, because imperfection invite changes, which is perfect. And there will always be more imperfections and more change. Change is our identity, there's no result to get, we change things because that's who we are literally, not because we seek to craft the perfect circumstance. If we really get that then we know that a grounded and permanent happiness and fulfillment cannot possibly come from outside circumstances that will always change and never be constant. Which is where unconditional love comes from. Love life not for what it is, but for all that it can be. Love someone not for who they are, but for the many persons they can be.
  3. no ''Friction Applied to Penis'' aka no masturbation, when a man stops masturbating, there is a lot of spiritual energy that gets lost each time a man masturbates and releases his semen, in an act of sex that spiritual energy does not get lost, depending if both lovers really get in communion with each other. but masturbation is pretty useless, spiritually wise, it's a lower pleasure. now I don't know how this works for women, if no masturbation actually helps them. in my experience and at my current spiritual level if I masturbate I literally feel the energy leaving my body, I have perception changes as the world looks more 'empty' and less ''vibrant'', so this shit is for realz and it's a big no no for me.
  4. one good thing whenever you feel scared (sc-ared) notice that you are sacred (sa-cred). If you feel scared, feel sacred. and remember that fear is False Evidence Appearing Real being scared is the the false evidence of being sacred
  5. the mind will always reach for black and white concepts because it cannot understand infinity. It cannot understand that every being is not a man or a woman but a completely unique energy-entity that is ever-changing, that will never be the same it was and will always be something it was not. infinity is too complex for the ego. To try to grasps such concepts destroys it. Which is why I'd be very careful with trying to label immortal souls as men or women. You can be a man now while having been a women before, that doesn't change who you are. I don't think the physical world is real, and I don't believe that our bodies define us, much less our genders.
  6. To be honest LRyan I don't know if I'm enlightened, I certainly don't feel like I'm fully my divine self yet, but I do think I am demi-enlightened. everyday I experience the world in a slightly different, a higher way, it can change from morning to noon, more dimension, more space, more emotion in people and more understanding of their emotions, different shapes, more beauty, different light, bit by bit more love for strangers,... it's like when you see someone you've never seen before it's like wow...it's like magical, the shapes of faces has nothing to do with before, it's like everything feels magical. Sometimes though, not all the times. I still have periods where I feel down, but then it becomes obvious that I'm down because everything and everyone looks less fresh, less beautiful and more smaller, less vibrant. your imagination is a great tool to enlighten, it is the link the higher dimensions. What would it take to you to absolutely blow your mind up? how would the world feel, what would you see...how would you experience sound in a way that would make you feel amazing? when you imagine those things you are literally bringing of portion of a higher dimension into your reality, in the small form of imagination. image-ination, to way you perceive the world if you're in the present moment, you will notice that you literally just created a portion of consciousness of a higher dimension, you brought in ways to experience sounds and feelings that you never had before. just like that you evolved and raised your consciousness, you then realize there's nothing you have to do. you didn't do anything special to imagine more consciousness, it just happened, it was that easy, and if you trust this process, it will unfold automatically. which is why I'm always grateful when I meet someone highly spiritually advanced and they talk about their experiences, their feats, in doing so they raise my imagination and by consequence my consciousness.
  7. unresolved for now my friend, we have a couple of million years to go to advance and grow in spirituality and intelligence. with all what we've learned in such a short time, one cannot imagine what things will look like in the future
  8. you know that feeling when you sleep on your arm and after awhile you don't feel it anymore, like it's not a part of you? Then your arm slowly starts to wake up again, you feel it becoming yours again? That is what you can describe enlightenment as, you start feeling people intensely, not just intensely, you know they are a part of you, you can feel them as you feel your own arm, when they move it's like the move inside you, when they talk or walk it feels so personal and intimite, when they move their eyes or blink you feel even that. it all happens inside you. It's like awakening the body parts outside yourself. It's like people are a precious part of your body, like a super sensible organ, you feel them just the way you feel your stomach or chest or hand. this feeling of unity is not a concept, you really feel it, you live it. Which is why enlightenment is so mindblowing and makes you full of joy and happiness, it really has nothing to do with the way we experience the world when we're not enlightened, it's an entirely different dimension.
  9. there's nothing wrong with wanting more, as you enlighten you will want more and more and you will get more then you could have ever imagined. the key is simply out of which place do you want? From which place do you desire? do you want something to fulfill you because you think you live for a mere hundred years and you better get something to make it worthwhile? Or do you want something because you know you are an immortal soul that will live for a billions years across many dimensions and worlds, that on a deeper level you and me are literally the universe, on the deepest level we share the same background you and me...and so everything is your home, everything is in your favor and benefit. You don't need to be fulfilled, you want things because you are the universe and you want to express infinity, to create more and create more. You don't fulfill yourself, you add on top of what you are, you expand yourself, the universe is in infinite expansion.
  10. tell us more about how you feel,in what way you experience the world now, so sounds in the chest? what about vision or imagination? how do you feel if you look into a mirror or look at the picture of another person? do you feel like you have a clear sense of purpose with a major goal or do you feel like you just know what to do right now? any changes to your sense of time?
  11. Is 1+1 really 2? Let's say you bring two people together. Do we really just have two people? What if there is bad vibe between the 2 persons, where one feels uncomfortable towards the other. Then you brought 2 people together, but one person makes the other one hide his true self so you end with less then 2 people. Or take for example a couple or 2 best friends. Bring these two together, do we really just have the addition of one person on top of another? Or do we have a connection where each individual brings out the best out of the other individual? And thus we end up with more then 2. this topic is an ode to relieving our look at the physical side of things, and be more aware of the spiritual side of an event. is smiling at a stranger really just an objective event in which you smiled at a stranger? You could smile at a stranger, and it turns out that that person was feeling very suicidal inside and your smile, gave them the will to give life another chance. A smile could save a life, that is for sure, for it is not just the movement of the mouth, but a real act of love. Our daily actions have a lot of meaning.
  12. if you really want to see some real tangible progress then you have to do some type of psychedelic from time to time, like dmt or mushrooms. Just to enjoy those higher vibrations, those mystical vibration. Just having an experience like that, basking in those higher vibrations, you'll learn a lot subconsciously. it's definitely no requirement to do psychedelics, you can also meditate daily, if you want some real result try a good 30 minutes of meditation a day. one other thing you can do is read books about spirituality, any topic, be it chakra's, the soul, reincarnation, the infinite one, healing, crystals. The more you get in 'touch' with stuff related to spirituality, the more you'll grow, just by being busy with it, it doesn't matter if you don't get the ''lessons'' in the books, just being busy with that stuff gets you familiar with higher vibrations. it's how easy it is, just get busy with something related to enlightenment, and things will fall into place
  13. I've been paying very careful attention to the present moment and I noticed something. Don't you ever have those moments when you're not worrying about something, those moments where you're kinda just being ok? You can be on your way to someplace, or waiting for something, or even just being distracted doing something. Do you notice that in those moments you are not being bothered by your 'problems'? You are not being worried by your ''worries''. You are not being bothered by not being enlightened, or by a fight you had with someone, or a bad event that happened in the past, a goal you haven't reached yet... The first rebuttal from the mind would be : ''well of course, I wasn't thinking about those things so I wasn't bothered, but that doesn't mean these problems are solved!'' But that's it right there. Take any problem you think you have, anything that usually bothers you, and watch out for those moments when you are not bothered by them, when you are not thinking about them. Those moments, are the peace, those moments are the solution, they are the proof that your 'problems' are unreal. You'd say : ''but when I think about the problems again I get worried and bothered, so it's not solved!'' Even when you don't actively think about your ''problematic'' circumstances, you are aware of them. You are always aware of everything that is going on in your life because you are powerfully intelligent. So how can there be moments where you are seemingly at peace with everything you are? With everything that is going on? investigate this. To focus on something, is to create it. If you think there is a problem, there is a problem. The thinking itself is the problem being. The problem can only be if you think. If you don't think about the problem, there is no problem and you are at peace. Your mind will have you believe that you have to ''solve' a problem through thinking and planning and only then can you achieve peace. No, you demonstrate it yourself all the time, we can't help but have moments where our so-called 'problems' don't seem to affect us. But we think those moments are moments of ''escape'', of ''illusion''. Moments of ''distractions'', we deem these moments as unreal, as exceptions. No these are the moments of ''truth''. You constantly manage to get at peace with your problems. But then we think them back into our life, and then we get at peace with them and then we think them back. If we do not pay careful attention to the present moment, then we do not notice this process, this ''back and forth'' and we believe that our problems are static entities in our life that need to be solved through more thinking. Because we do not see that they are constantly being solved naturally just by being ourselves, so there's no need to think. this is for me a beautiful realization, for now I really understand why they say that we're already naturally enlightened, only because you're already enlightened can you have moments where your problems don't seem to matter, moments where your thinking is dispelled. We are able to not give a damn about our problems, and we do it all the time, if we just pay more attention to those moments of truth, can we start doing it more and more. Pay attention to those moments when you don't give a damn, and learn from them.
  14. just call her up or send her an email and ask her stance on spirituality. tell her it's very important to you and you'd like to know her approach to that before you see her
  15. Tbh I don't care for enlightenment too! I just want to eradicate all my suffering, and if takes getting enlightened to do that, then so be it
  16. the day will come that you will advance in spirituality and be able to radiate an aura of warmth and happiness no one will be able to ignore, you won't need words to convince them, they'll gladly hear whatever you have to teach them. people are intelligent, and they're always paying very careful attention to what you're doing, but they're not going to tell you that. What you're doing isn't bad, even if you're not all the way there yet, there's nothing wrong with spreading the word. But if you really aim to reach and convince a lot of people as Prabhaker said you'll have to make some serious work on yourself. or some very light work. depends on how you see it and like to approach it
  17. the ego is violence, it's separation, it's hate. you can pat yourself on the back for your love is so strong that your ego directs all its violence inwards. what happens with out of control ego's in other people is that the violence is direct outwards, so they start abusing and hating other people, that is how you get murderers. You are by yourself containing all the evil that is the ego and you should be proud of yourself. The ego is a learned thing, it is not your fault, it is a result of thousand of years of human civilization, and when we're born we pick up on that subconsciously and get infected by it. The ego is losing the battle though as we get more and more loving and accepting as a society. What you feel is the battle of mankind, the struggle for evolution and it is happening in every one of us. To overcome is to first understand that you are not it, that it is an outside influence that has taken place inside you. You literally have a bundle of negative energy inside you, and it has nothing to do with who you are. The battle happens on the level of identity. If you believe that these bad thoughts are you, that this energy is yours, the ego wins because you then believe it can influence you. If you manage to stay true to your heart, you'll know that you are not this destructive energy. It's trying to pull you down, pull others down, don't believe in it, don't identify with it. Just do your own thing. Ignore the ego, do yourself. That's why it's important to know your identity. who are you really deep inside your heart and what do you want to do? if you can follow your heart, you'll know who you are and you'll know that the ego is not you. if you follow your mind, you will not be able to find your true identity and make a distinction.
  18. you are stretching your sense of time, entering timelessness. It is normal that you don't need to breath as much. But then you get scared at the thought of not breathing. You have to be comfortable in letting go of time, in letting things get slower. You'll notice that your awareness doesn't get ''slower'' or ''faster'', your awareness is separate from time and space, or better said above it.
  19. @Annetta @Loreena Hey guys it's alright, nothing bad happened, this was supposed to happen, it was supposed to go this way or it wouldn't have happened. Wasn't this encounter a wonderful chance to speak from the heart and bring out our deepest issues? and it is alright to do so. It's also a wonderful chance to practice love, yes, when do we have the chance to practice love but in these situations? These are the places and events where you will grow spiritually, where you can enforce your quality of love. Which is why nothing is random. You guys were attracted to each other, and as they said in the other topic, hate is but the other side of love. It's an occasion to forgive one another, you can only do that by understanding that the other party only meant well.....they meant to do good even though they hurt you and made you feel uncomfortable and bad. They did it out of a place of good, because they thought somehow it would make things better. Only if you see the good of others, can you love and forgive. This is not seeing the physical side of things, it's not looking with your minds for facts at why that person is good, it's seeing with the heart at the spiritual world, feel that the other person had good intentions despite the thorns that you felt. @Annetta You will never 'find out' if Loreena is messing with you or not, you are the one that decides how you view and interpret Loreena, that's your power of creation, what you believe, goes. I know it's annoying, you'd like to hang on to a 'fact' and rest on that, but if it wouldn't be this way then you wouldn't have the power to direct your life. I've had people act out against me in ways that I could deem either ''hostile and against my being'' or ''loving and in my own benefit''. It's all about perspective. People can hurt you in your benefit, but for that you have to able to trust that your higher self is actively at work in your life and attracting to you events from which you can learn and grow spiritually. And if I chose 'hostile' they wouldn't have grown to be friends of mine. Things can really be that subtle and subjective, and they are. The choices you make shape your reality. So I hope you'll make a choice that fits well with your spirituality of Peace.
  20. powerful stuff my friend! sounds like a great experience
  21. if it feels fun and joyful then it is not focus, it is being, as joy and passion are an expression of your being. just as when you walk, you don't focus on walking but you walk. sometimes I imagine stuff, but sometimes imagination comes to me, like being submerged by it. I appreciate the latter more, it feels more genuine. The question is, do you want to creatively visualize because you enjoy it or because you're trying to reach a certain state?
  22. I think this video at 25:00min will help you find answers about the afterlife. She's a spiritual channeler that communicates with higher vibrational entities.
  23. you desire for death to be avoidable, so it is avoidable. you are the creator of your reality. I think that you will find through your spiritual journey as you get to know yourself better and you get to know the real meaning of death...that the ''death'' that is in your mind right now, your current concept of death, is avoidable, because it was never real. If 'death' makes you feel bad then that means you have attached something of yourself to it, that you view it in a bad way. Trust me that if you wish to know, you will know that the real meaning of death isn't hostile to you. Nothing is hostile to you in this universe, as you are the universe, everything is for you in your benefit. Your body might die someday but you will never experience the death that you fear so much in your mind.
  24. good on you for infusing your meditation with aspects of infinity. meditate on music, meditate while walking, meditate outside/inside. as long as you keep the routine away, you make space for infinity, for nothing and everything
