  1. the answer is infinity, try to give that answer to your mind give that answer to every question in your mind you will see it will shut down, because it is the final answer that shuts down your mind it is the answer that takes you beyond concepts and into the truth
  2. you are working in reverse...instead of trying to see what's wrong, keep trying to see you're doing right. you're doing right, you're perfect, you're doing good you are doing wonderfully, even if your monkey mind is running it's perfect. to enlighten is to see the good in you, strive to see the good, strive to see what's already there What do you have to lose by accepting who you are? perhaps there is fear that you won't change if you don't put yourself down, then where is the incentive to change? change is an act of love, it happens naturally, you are ever-changing by nature, such is the quality of infinity, of the universe. you don't need to try to change, you don't need to do any effort to change, allow yourself to be and you will naturally drift towards where you want to be. accept who you are right now, stop looking for what's wrong, abandon the definition of wrong, look for what's perfect, everything is perfect. as you relax into your own love and acceptance, which forms a warm bubble of comfort and light, but you are responsible for creating this bubble, this is self-love, as you relax into your own self-love,you will feel good, you will change naturally, if you feel good you'll feel energized you will change, not because something is wrong with you, you will change because finally you feel free to be yourself, free of your worries to be something, free of your worries of having to meet a certain standard, free to be perfect as you are right now that freedom is acquired through self-love the question is , what are you doing right
  3. emotional belly laughter is a sign of major awakening, you are probably experiencing huge energy increases which feels like ''a train hitting you'', you are feeling your own power. you are pretty much awakening yes, big time
  4. what does ''I'' mean though? it can easily include everyone in your reality
  5. it is necessary for him to use the mind to its limits, he will naturally come to enlightenment when he will see that he's out of moves, with his mind
  6. the answer is always infinity, you are the creator, you tune into the frequency of reality that you want to be in, which is why it's important to be aware of your beliefs, and if the beliefs that you hold are serving you. when it comes to enlightenment, the answer is always infinity if you want to enlighten alone, you will, if you want to enlighten with others, you will, you create the experience you'd like to experience
  7. your mind will not grasp reality and its workings, this is the limit of the mind. the answer lies outside of the limits of the mind the no answer is the answer, to allow a no-answer into your mind, is to allow infinity, is to allow expansion
  8. you are growing sensitive to your lack of love, you are desiring to be more loving.....see how loving that is! sensitivity, desire to give and experience more love, these are signs of love growing! don't identify with your lack of love, you are the one that is aware of your lack of love, you are conscious of your identity as a being of love and yet you see that you are not as loving as you are. your intent and consciousness is already in the right place, it takes time for your reality to catch up, you are finally starting to see yourself as a loving person, give reality the time to change, it will very gradually; reality follows your consciousness, you are on the right path, keep leading
  9. of course there is nothing bad about death..there's only infinite love and light beyond the illusion of the ego. but there's value in reaching enlightenment while still being focused in this physical reality. so in that sense suicide would not bring the experience of being enlightened while being incarnated on earth
  10. both are very valid techniques that explore different things, we're both right! the paths to enlightenment are infinite
  11. it's still doing something though, the point of the meditation can be simply to do nothing, to be free of anything and to reconnect with flowing naturally. we're always doing something, the difference that makes doing being is when you're not trying to do anything, whatever you do then, naturally, is being with this exercise you can reconnect with being
  12. I'll add to that, sex can actually be combined with this. you can actually gain energy from sex but only under a certain form of green ray energy sex. meaning sex as an act out of the heart, not out of lust. basically if you practice a pure form of love and sex happens naturally, ejaculating should not disrupt your energies, it will add to it. but if you're merely having one-night stands left and right without much heart feeling into it, you'll certainly lose energy. but that doesn't mean there is anything bad with casual sex, only for the purpose of this practice does it not help
  13. for me lsd and mushrooms are the obvious ''glitch in the matrix'' how can a mere plant make you use your human brain more effectively? following modern society's mindset we're supposedly the most evolved beings on this planet, and suddenly mere plant matter can you feel alive, can show you the potentials of your own brain, can make you feel connected to others and to yourself in ways you would have never imagined. ''a fucking plant knows better how to use my brain then I do'' that was my main thought lost all respect for society and started respecting nature and the universe it is not a coincidence that we have certain ways to unlock higher consciousness
  14. - expansion of imagination - meditation you can expand your imagination with psychedelic experiences, as you get in touch with the mystique, the actual taste of magic, which can lead you to lose your belief in the common reality that we are physical bodies trying to survive in a world meditation is great, there's nothing you can't gain through meditation that you can without it. every sort of knowledge you need is inside, you have access to cosmic knowledge and memory, you are not dependent of anything, you have everything you need right with you. as you meditate you will learn, learn, learn, learn, about yourself, about the world, its insane how much you will learn just by dampening the distracting thoughts. I meditate 24/7 as I live, there's no need to be in a static position to meditate, nor do you have to achieve total silence to be in meditation, if you're aware of your thoughts, you're aware you're the one listening to the thoughts, and you actively try to diminish them/understand them, you are meditating
  15. congratz on getting such a special and mystique experience. to the point where you partly dissolved your ego, it showed its fear to you, it showed that it's getting threatened but I'd rather take another stance on this, rather then dissolve the ego you can say you can heal it, you can absolve it of functions it doesn't need to uphold anymore, you can put it in its rightful place, as a smaller healthy functioning part of you. listen to the fears of your ego, you are the one fearing but you are also the one that is not fearing, the one that is listening to the fear. you are certainly not deluded, this is legit the sort of experiences you should naturally have as you progress through enlightenment! you're getting in touch with the essence of your being, finally glimpsing above the bullshit of modern human life into cosmic realms, you're literally looking beyond this ''world'' our ego's constructed there's only you, here and now, there's no world, which is what you tasted
  16. oh yeah you're getting there, everything is possible, and therefore it is...the simpsons, the rick and morty show, game of thrones, pokemon...there are dimensions where this stuff is actually happening with complexity as vivid as our reality with consciousness being explored in different ways then ours. what we imagine exists, what you imagine exists, when you get this you start to feel your powers as an infinite creator. infinity is INFINITY, everything is possible and everything is your imagination is the gateway to different realities and ways of consciousness
  17. what a beautiful realization...this is amazing what you went through, you're having access to a beautiful perspective. I have felt in the exact same way as you just described to me. it is very nice to remember this feeling once again, it is a feeling that feels good, the truth always feels good, it is completely possible to be in complete harmony with everything in life, be it rejection or anything, there is a sense of deep connection with everything in our lives, it is up to us to believe in this connection so that we can get access to those higher perspectives and ways of experiencing life you are literally seeing beyond the modern idea of a survival focused physical life, and recognizing the synchronicity that connects us all as spirits, each one exploring life in their own way in harmony with everyone else
  18. I cannot live life considering myself enlightened and considering the majority of people I see as not enlightened. If I see someone as not being enlightened, the judgement feeling comes in, the feeling of division comes in. necessarily there needs to be division between what's enlightened and what's not so that ''I'' can 'stay enlightened'. what also rises is a feeling of non-acceptance, I may approve of people's lifestyle but if deep down I think they could be better living like I do there's non-acceptance. This stands completely in the way of non-duality consciousness, it creates a constant rift between me and others, between me and an unifying consciousness so for me it is now obvious that this is the right way of seeing things. if I judge my lifestyle to be better then others, the feeling of judgement comes up, which hurts,it hurts to judge others, it is like judging myself, it doesn't feel right or good. my path of enlightenment is taking another way, as I more or less have figured out how I can be enlightened, it is now my purpose to see how everyone else is already enlightened. whether if it's two drunk guys fighting, or a simple mother that takes care of her kids, or a bum living on the street, a coke addict, a movie star, they're all enlightened because they are infinite intelligence exploring life in their own ways. we will never know what someone elses life is really like. but one thing is certain, we are all connected, we're all made of the same things, infinite love, infinite intelligence. with only the knowledge of this connection can I know that there is nothing wrong with what people are doing. only then can I attain peace with the world, with myself, if I accept it just as it is.
  19. it might not be related to enlightenment in the sense that everyone who does it is enlightenment, but I think it might be related to more genuine human expressions that are related to the level of connection with the inner self, that is my personal theory. but you have to understand I never did this before in my life, and I started doing it and noticing it very obviously in others as my spiritual progression accelerated. and bentinho,a spiritual teacher whom I personally consider to be in a very deep enlightened state does it almost constantly as he talks, just way more then the average person. I do know there is something there, what it is I'm not sure. so you say you do it as well?what do you feel when you do it
  20. for several months there's this specific human expression with the tongue that has been one big mystery and center of interest for me. it started as I advanced more in spiritual work. I began noticing this expressing everywhere I go. And after a month or two I started doing this expression myself very slowly, I sometime do it automatically. it is an expression that is really intriguing me. I have to make a point, that I witness this experience with a certain type of people. people who seem to have more life energy and are less bound by fear. whenever I notice it in social gatherings it most often with those that are very comfortable with themselves, that seem to enjoy life more so to say. people that seems to be a bit more down and with less energy don't seem to make this expression. I witness this in others, but the main subject of experience for this conclusion is myself. never in my life have I done this expression, at least not as far I can remember becoming conscious of my expressions and myself, which is around puberty. it is not unrelated, but I was very socially anxious to the point of depression during my puberty till a year or two ago when I started my path of enlightenment. my social anxiety was very acute,I was very aware of my expressions in front of others, and never would I have dared to stick my tongue out at someone in any way, the idea would have never crossed my mind nor would I have ever let it happen automatically or without me noticing it as I would have been greatly ashamed. So I know that this expression is not used by just about everyone. I myself have a bit of a hard time accommodating this new expression, it toke me some introspection to accept it. so to out of nowhere welcome an expression that I never did in my life is why I'm so intrigued about it. I know it is related to enlightenment in some way. and with every enlightened teacher I see they do this expression, some do it a lot even. I have a few examples underneath for you guys to watch what I mean exactly 0:59 12:37-38 1:11:40 1:12:30 1:15:36 very obvious one I'd really love to hear you guys' thoughts about this. do you make this expression? how often and in what situations? what do you think it means? I myself do it sometimes but I'm not really sure what it means.
  21. that is indeed a very nice example, so that is your theory, interesting
  22. true, what happens is what happens, whether I call it consciousness leaving the body or consciousness changing vibrational frequency and changing the hologram. in a sense what I mean by leaving your body is that you're not being as consciously focused on this physical reality with your current body in the center of it, you're more consciously focused. this is my mindset if for one let's say there is a person that views the universe and himself as a body with consciousness living in an universe with it's own consciousness, then there is another person that views itself as being one consciousness with everything, then there is another person that isn't even spiritual and sees life as a body with one single life surviving on a planet. to me these are all true, there is no conflict between these, for the universe is infinite even in its truths, everything is possible. and these truths can live in complete harmony and that is our powers as creators and explorers, we not only worlds but we explore consciousness itself. we can each explore and taste this world as we view fit, whether one considers it all one consciousness, or everyone with different consciousness or just physicality. it is the abundance of infinite creation and exploration that allows this. so for me the truth is not ''the truth'', the truth is merely a way to experience reality as you wish to experience it, if we keep that in mind, that even consciousness itself is a tool of playing we could one day come to enjoy ourselves doing amazing things. who knows in my far spiritual future what sort of consciousness I can enjoy? living life being conscious of 4 bodies with their unique personalities at once? living life being conscious of being the wind? being conscious of a planet? being conscious of light? being conscious of a personality living in the future and one in the past at the same time? the possibilities are endless being conscious of all that is at once? probably not for the next billion years
  23. for those who don't consider dreams to be real, it seems like nonsense but to me you pretty reincarnate every night when the most of your consciousness leaves your body to do its astral travels, its exploration in realms and planes beyond this one... you live multiple lives every night in the multiple stages on dreaming. dreaming is literally your consciousness leaving your body to go do other stuff on other planes. so you have already a massive amount of ''reincarnations'' and ''past lives'' that you barely remember, yet you do this everyday effortlessly.
  24. you raise very valid points, it is natural that things goes like this, I cannot communicate with verbal language exactly what is I'm doing and exactly how I feel towards others. I use enlightenment in a very fluid way, it is true that in the scope of the community of self-actualization, lightwork, spiritual awakenings, that enlightenment has a few objective criteria. it was in all in my aid and to many that are trying to take this path to use this definition of enlightenment like this so that we can get pointed in the right direction; ultimately though it is only a signpost, a guidance, to me enlightenment in my personal definition now is deep connection with what is, true acceptance with what is going on right now, to flow with life so what I mean to express with enlightenment is that everything is ok as it is, I consider enlightenment the state of being where one is harmony with the universe, if I call everyone enlightened then I mean to express that everyone is in harmony with the universe. if I allow in my awareness the perspective that everyone that I see is in complete harmony and already perfect in every way, there will never be conflict in my awareness again. this to me, is entering the grounds of non-duality consciousness, I cannot separate my own consciousness from the consciousness of others. if I am fine so to speak, then everyone else is fine too, and if we're all fine, the label fine, stops to mean anything, we simple are. but I used the label of enlightenment to specifically offer more information on what I mean
  25. to address fear of death is a very big part of enlightenment, it's the main reason why we resort to our mind and distrust our inner self It seems that when talking about acceptance is it that fear that surfaces for you. Acceptance doesn't lead to death, but it leads you to face your inner fears. the very thought of acceptance puts you in front of your main fear in life, it is a chance for you to eventually address this fear of death
