  1. That's just how the mind works. I wouldn't try to assign meaning to randomly remembered locations. I can remember almost every location I have been to in my life and navigate every forest I have walked through. That's a lot of memories, so no wonder they bubble up. I think most of the memories happen to you because of that skill of navigating physical space you might have and they are not necessarily connected to a situation that has had any emotional impact on you.
  2. The only solution to that kind of situation I know is to be there for this person after they have ruined everything so they don't kill themselves. Really, no idea how to stop this kind of behaviour. The only solution seems to be an overall well-developed human being, who loves themselves too much to pursue such situations. But as you have said, your friend is very unexperienced, has never dated, so no wonder she comes up with stupid ideas. Maybe send her some female dating expert talking about red flags, or find someone on the internet who had similar story and it ended up pretty badly, so her imagination starts to work in a more realistic direction.
  3. @Mystica45 Nah, it's not that you are weird. You are totally normal. It's just that many has been were you are, held similar positions and backed off from them over-time. Oh, and people use now words like Love a lot, because Leo's has explicated them in his videos, so people learn to use them. People's experience have not changed, it's just that they have now words to decribe experiences and insights they have had already. Saying psychedelics have nothing to do with Enlightenment shows you haven't properly broken-through on any of them. I don't care about the rest, but I seriously encourage you to reconsider that opinion and give it a try. Something like a heroic dose of mushrooms or a proper dose of 5-MeO-DMT.
  4. I agree LSD can be erotic. Some 5-MeO's too for sure. I have only tried 5-MeO-MET and it was erotic.
  5. It's your friend, you know him best. If it was my best friend who told me that, then I would be super-skeptical because I know he loves to exaggerate stuff and is a prankster. But it's my friend and yours is yours, so... Patience, see how the situation unfolds. I don't see anything you could act on.
  6. Valid critique. Good video quality and the discussion keeps the viewer's attention. But sometimes they go on weird tangents like "Leo wants to be the best, the most Enlightened, so American of him". I watched from a 27-minute mark, because of the comments above.
  7. I don't like these people at all. They are wildly popular, but I don't get why. The McDonald's of Spirituality.
  8. I would say the other way around, that psychedelics and spiritual experiences help you understand chemistry, physics and biology better, because they share a level of nuance and complexity. Distinctions made due to spiritual pursuits match distinctions used in modern science quite well. But studying the sciences won't help you to reach the absolute. Why I think that? The science is just not advanced enough yet to merge with spirituality at any point. So, maybe in the future there will be no difference whether you become a monk or scientist, but for now if you want Enlightenment rather go for the first.
  9. Some people like NBOMes, the questions is which one exactly you have and in what dosage? Impossible to tell, so I would pass on it.
  10. I prefer tripping in the morning, 1-2 hours after a small meal, like really small, one toast with butter or something, so I don't feel like fainting from hunger after sleep. Yeah, I faint pretty easily, but I can't be the only one so maybe this post will be of some use.
  11. @iGhost Because they themselves are a little bit needy, heh. Don't worry, you will get through it, two months of suffering at most.
  12. I don't agree with your observation. Almost none of my friends who are into spirituality is interested in conspiracy theories. Only one who is a weird mix of far-right ideologies with hippie tendencies. If anything, it's the conspiracy theorists who get interested in spirituality, because it's a cool material for their stories and fits the worldview of hidden secrets.
  13. @Dand That's exactly what I mean. There are many possible causes and I believe genetics is one with the smallest impact when it comes to LSD. I would add to the list: errors in weighing the substance and errors in administration. I have seen way too many people who believe they have taken 100 mg of 5-MeO or something because the spoon they used have had written 30 mg on it and they are completely clueless that it means nothing because the drug they have has a different density than the thing their spoons were made for. 1 kg steel vs 1 kg feathers situation. People who haven't tried 1P-LSD often don't even know how genuine 100 mcg is supposed to feel. If you were dosing heroic every time you would notice tolerance. I believe that genetics impact the effects of drugs like DMT or DPT, because of different enzyme levels one can have and that these substances are vulnerable to their action. But shrooms and LSD? No, I don't believe it plays much of a factor when we're talking about them, they are too sturdy.
  14. My direct experience. I almost always question the people that claim something like "300mcg is like candy to me" and it turns out they are on antidepressants, have dosed a few days prior, or blindly trust what their seller has told them about tabs' strength, etc.
  15. LSD has a long-lasting tolerance, if you dose it regularly it can even last for months. It's a more probable reason why people can dose super-high. I bet if you stopped doing all psychedelics for a year your sensitivity would drop almost to the level you had when you first tried LSD. It's a different talk if you have been tolerant even on the first try, then it's possible you are less sensitive.
  16. So, what is your purpose? What you have described is jobs, solutions to how to fulfill a given purpose. But what is the motivation behind you choosing these endeavors and not others? Tell us what impact you want to have on people. Then try to fit some kind of work to that impact and your own abilities, passion and potential.
  17. Although, mind over matter, isn't it? Can't the access to contraception and awareness of it be influencing our behaviours?
  18. You know, after 2 years I have finally built an ebike, it's soo cool to ride But it's a trekking, not an MTB because I like to do long distance trips. About deers, yea it's cool to see them close. Once, I have had almost crashed into a one that was running across the dirt road in front of me. I often meet moose, too. They are so big, when it's geting dark and you can only see it's shape you may think it's a dinosaur standing in the field, hah.
  19. @belen I don't know about the book that was posted before but can confirm that what's described in this article works: https://www.nateliason.com/blog/multiple-orgasms-men So if some of your male friends are interested, you can give them it to read
  20. @Eren Eeager The whole way of choosing and presenting the content is marketing. I have found Leo by searching for how to get better grades at school. If he hasn't made that video I don't think I would be here writing this on the forum today. A chunk of YT marketing is also choosing the right keywords and description, so your videos appear in recommended on other videos, you know this bar on the right side and when the video ends. This I remember was generating the most views when I was earning on YT. Also, quality links from other websites linking to the video. Having this website probably helped a lot to boost the new videos and at the same time, old videos were boosting this website in search results.
  21. @Aaron p I have never seen such a label. If I had to guess I would say it means freebase.
  22. @Leo Gura What are you talking about? By definition salt = base + acid. Yes, it's pure 5-MeO-DMT, which is slightly basic, PLUS acid, otherwise, it would still be a base. HCl and Oxalate are exactly less potent because the molecules of acid have their own weight and are not psychoactive, so there is less of the active ingredient in every mg. Density has nothing to do with it, it would only change the volume a substance takes. And I agree that salt forms of psychedelics are more fluffy (for ex. DPT is especially fluffy when in salt form and gooey in freebase form), but that changes nothing in terms of their potency per mg.
  23. No. Freebase is freebase, which means it's just 5-MeO without any additions. Oxalate is a salt, like HCl, that means there's something added to 5-MeO to change it's properties (so it can dissolve in water and store better, for example), in case of oxalate it's oxalic acid and in case of HCl it's hydrochloric acid. Oxalate will dissolve, just warm up the water before trying.
  24. The difference probably is that the first were guessing when the first person on that Stage could had appeared, and Wilber was just trying to estimate when there was 1% of society on that level or something. I don't know, I am guessing myself. Wilber's timeframe seems more practical.
