@manuel bon HCl is the best for snorting as it weighs the least so you will have less substance to snort. That’s the only reason I can think of, the fumarate should also be perfectly snortable. For me snorting hasn’t been too nasty. I have only ever regretted snorting 50+ mg doses of DPT HCl. 20 mg of any tryptamine is doable. But not freebase, freebase is nasty.

This is very true, and it is a long-lasting effect. So it's something one should be very aware of before embarking on a psychedelic journey.

@Leo Gura I had practiced a full routine for one hour daily twice a day for 6 months. And the few last weeks I had been able to do it. It wasn’t a full stretch, the tongue can go further, but it wasn’t snapping back, it was hurting though a little bit, but totally bearable. It noticeably changes how the air flows. Then got like neurological symptoms, I guess this kundalini phenomenon or lacks in diet, and also stomach problems from antibiotics that I had stopped for months and never had the motivation to seriously go back. I like Iyengar Yoga now, because it works but is not hardcore.

I can vouch that being able to put your tongue so far back that it stays in place HELPS REALLY BY A LOT. It’s like thrice as effective. I have lost the ability though shortly after I stopped practicing daily. It takes constant maintenance for your tongue to stay so stretched

So it seems the experience is different because what you are consuming is ketamine, OR WHATEVER THEY DECIDE to put in a batch. Stay away, scam product, dishonest seller.

You are taking small amounts, what’s in this picture from my experience is like 15 mg tops. (Yes, I am eyeballing through the internet xd) Take one full micro scoop of what you have, then take two then take three, then take… that’s the procedure to find out the dosage.

Books are of a much higher quality than any other content. The only thing that is better than books is audiobooks, but definitely not interviews and podcasts. Also, the podcast guest wouldn't be able to formulate their opinions so clearly if they haven't written a book about the topic. So books are not going anywhere. You can also see the results of someone doing their work only on video, that is Actualized.org itself. Hard to save and find exact clips, repetitious content (a lot of people say that about Leo's work), the content is not so cohesive, hard to say what is outdated and what is upheld by Leo, etc. You can look for the topics critiquing Leo videos on this forum, they are also critiques of this approach to building a philosophy/teaching/message.

My friend has such a gym in her home city. It's big, open-air and public. I mean, it's meant for kids, but I don't know who has had an idea to put such an attraction for kids, it's by all means adult-sized, a few stories high and with little to no security measures. You are misunderstanding the situation. it is not thought as debt. Literally by taking a loan new money is created. Numbers added to economy that didn’t exist before. no-one places a bet here. Not only. Main source of new money is when YOU go to a bank and take a loan. That money is created then. The system hopes new materials, natural resources will get extracted in the meantime to add to the total economy and the value of money will depreciate only a little bit. If something breaks, for example the flow of gas from Russia, because they have a war you don't support, then there's not enough growth to make up for all the credited money, so money starts to loose value, so you get inflation. If you hit bonanza and suddenly acquire a lot of resources, or when people don't take loans, you get a deflation, money gets stronger. You live in an extractive economy. @thenondualtankie exactly, measure everything in scoops. That’s the way. If you want to figure out how much is in one scoop then scoop 10 scoops on a scale and divide the result by ten. You will get a close estimate of how much substance each scoop holds. Scoops are very accurate, more accurate than milligram scales if you measure a few scoops, because the errors cancel out. Potent substances are usually orally available, so with them you can weigh a few scoops, dissolve in water and measure ccs of water. For less than 3 mg the only sensible solution is to dissolve a bigger amount of the substance and soak a paper analogous to LSD blotters. Or, just consume the liquid.
