We are not that anti-Jewish considering they were the biggest minority before the WWII. In my city over 50% of population had been Jewish. Down to 0% not only there but in the whole Poland. Our culture has remnants of not liking Jews, but it's like a normal neighbor on neighbor prejudice level, not some unexplained hatred. Actually Poles do a lot to upkeep the memory of Jews, even though they are not there anymore and don't care about Poland too much. It's just that the communists didn't like Jews so a lot of material memory got destroyed. The remaining rest is celebrated. Overall I wouldn't say Polish people are anti-Jew in any meaningful way. There is even a very popular Polish sci-fi comedy movie, where time travelers kill Hitler and when they get back to the future, they are in Poland that never got destroyed by war, full of Jews and Poles coexisting happily, very cool movie.

@shree You add your substance to distilled water, around 100 ml per gram, then add washing soda Na2CO3, you can make it from baking soda NaHCO3, by heating the baking soda in an oven for 1-2 hours. Add a lot so the water gets murky and your substance starts floating in an oily form. You can cover this solution in aluminium foil and put it into freezer, maybe the oil hardens and is easier to collect. You collect it, if you have some tiny crystals you can filter them on a coffee filter. Then you dissolve your crystals and stuff from the coffee filter using some acetone, isopropyl alcohol or ethyl acetate, whatever you can get pure. Then spread you freebase solution in the solvent on a big flat glass dish and evaporate the solvent. If you are lucky you will get crystals. More probably it will be a quite hard sticky oil after scraping it from the dish with a razor. You can try eyeballing the sticky oil and vaping like that or dissolve it into PG/VG and vape in a normal nicotine vape. For always getting the crystals you would need gear and solvents used in DMT extraction.

You can use isopropyl alcohol to spread your substance on parsley or mint and then smoke this herb mix, but the best way will always be to make a vape liquid and vape the substance exactly like people vape nicotine. If you really don't want to get glycol and glycerine into your body, then you can use a glass pipe or electronic e-mesh method with temperature control. I don't think too many people are worried about total extinction, but loosing complexity, both in terms of our civilization but also complexity of natural ecosystems like oceans. or suffering of a billion people living in the places with the harshest conditions. These are terrible and catastrophic on their own.

@Snader Unless you have read too many of them in your life. There is a point at which self-help material becomes insufferable, unless it's one of the best self-help books ever. Too many books that are just poor and made on the model of find a niche, write a good marketing copy, write as fast as possible, release, repeat. Some psychedelics can cause very strong vasoconstriction that is dangerous with substances that last very long. 5-MeO-MALT or 5-MeO-DMT should be relatively safe in that regard.
