  1. @TrynaBeTurquoise Definitely. A lot of subconscious purging can also happen during dreams, which is ultimately like a sexual ego backlash. You end up having a wet dream, but the mind seems to settle at a new, healthier baseline level of consciousness and then it's not on your mind as much...
  2. @onacloudynight Tomorrow will be day 30 of No Fap for me. I'm not saying that to impress upon you, but i think i can genuinely give you some answers that you want. First of all, you clearly see that your sexual drives will not satisfy you in the way meditation and consciousness work can, right? Okay, if that's taken care of. You wan't to start cleaning up/purifying those lower chakras, as well as channeling that energy up your spine, so you can live your live from a higher state of consciousness, instead of the mind focusing on gross, material pleasure. Kriya Yoga, exercises like cardio, the Practice of Semen Retention and Brahamacharya can be of great value for you. Have you research these? Did you know that if you COULD transcend your sexual desire, you could develop the work ethic of 4 men? Is it worth it to you?
  3. @Harikrishnan For the girl advice, i would watch it and then talk to girls about whether or not they think the information is true. Joe rogan, i watch mostly intellectual guests or i watch the MMA guests for entertainment ( I like to learn about fighting as a hobby..) Rich Roll i also watch for just general enjoyment.
  4. This workout is amazing. Couple this with a quality diet and you're set.
  5. Marni your personal wing girl Rich Roll Podcast Joe Rogan Tip: delete all your subscriptions and try to subscribe to only high quality YouTubers
  6. @DrewNows funny you mention that. My mentor actually creating a breathing apparatus that helps with movement (It's called an AyrBlade) Ill use it in the next video to demonstrate
  7. @DrewNows thanks. Can you post a core workout today?
  8. Everyone has their own path in terms of this work. What works for me may not work for you, but i would like to share what has worked for me, in hope's that maybe you can gain some knowledge from it. 1.) Theory is important, but implimentation is more important. If you can learn one thing, and take action on it, that's better than learning a lot sitting with the information. 2.) Build solid infrastructure. You can do this in a lot of areas. Health, Workspace, Lifestyle, In your car, One Note. Basically, clean up and organize all these areas and make them easier for you to work with. That could mean making a home gym, or cleaning out your car, or decluttering your work space, this goes a long way. 3.) Set up routines and systems. Basically, work on making your life flow smoothly. Having friction is a sign that perhaps you haven't set up the proper infrastructure required to progress. 4.) It's better to meditate for 10 minutes than 0. The intent to meditate sets you up for forward momentum that could later snowball. 5.) Live slower. Be more mindful of your surroundings, the energy, the atmosphere, put more focus on being clear with your communication and your intention.
  9. @Pernani yes! Please try it out and see how you feel afterwards.
  10. When was the last time you had a good laugh? A laugh that made you feel like you're getting the best ab workout of your life? Can you remember? What else can lubricate your insides like a good laugh?
  11. Do not turn this work into an ideology. Hold this work very loosely... This is all just talk "about" the Truth. Look at the moon. Not the finger pointing at the moon.
  12. @Charlotte
  13. This path is yours. Walk it. Own it. Keep Going.
  14. @DrewNows some gems right here you're sharing with me. Thank you!
  15. @Charlotte OOF i need to get on your level. What did this to you
  16. @Flowerfaeiry Love it
  17. Tap your foot 100 times. Then switch legs. Do this Twice a day for 3 days a week.
  18. @DrewNows That sounds amazing. I would like to do that as well. When i drink tea and eat fruits, i feel insanely good, although the tea can give me too much of an adrenaline rush at times and it disturbs my focus. Could you share resources/links for this? I'll give it a go!
  19. @DrewNows I saw you mentioned fasting. What do you usually eat? Your abs are really popping because of your diet.
  20. @DrewNows (0:31 - 0:38) notice how i did both the front side of the stretch and the back side of it as well. I believe your video was lacking the front side portion of it. The ball and socket mobility of the hip joint is an amazing thing to loosen up.
  21. Here is a snippet from today's flow @DrewNows @Raphael @Hansu @kieranperez
