  1. @F A B Couple it with Mula Bandha in your yoga practice, thank me later.
  2. The downside to Simplicity, after minimizing my whole Life, from what I found, is that reality is much more complex than I could ever imagine. Its funny how, when you have a lot of "things" you believe you have everything figured out and life is taking care of itself... Meanwhile, when you eliminate all that is unnecessary, your mind opens up to a whole new realm of unlimited possibilites.
  3. Almost all of us have years of Neurotic holding patterns in our body. What are you doing to release those? Lots of these bodily tensions are psychosomatic. Love yourself fully and accept your bodily fully as it is. Its yours, treat it well and give it all your respect.
  4. https://indianhealthyrecipes.com/paratha-recipe-plain-paratha/ 1. Try this for Lunch Time, coupled with Indian Tea! http://www.thehathicooks.com/how-to-make-best-chai-ever/ (Here is the Tea Recipe) http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/aloo-gobi-84324 @Michael569
  5. @Sahil Pandit Possibly a daily habit in the making. Also, I will be buying the Kundalini Book from @Leo Gura's book list. Doing lots of yoga, pranayama, mindfulness training, all that good stuff, but I am craving taking things to the next level! Adyashanti is coming to Sacramento on Sunday so I will be attending that and I plan on a solo retreat perhaps next month.
  6. Hello All Today was my first day doing a Strong Determination sit, and I managed to do 56 minutes completely interrupted. The pain, oh the pain, was so soothing I was able to directly experience the 5th dimension as well as sense where my masculine energy is exuberating from. Where to next my friends?
  7. @Vipassana Always knew Ram Dass was a genuine guy
  8. @Michael569 chutney? Naan? You about that Indian Cooking?! If you are, boy do I have some recipes for you my friend @Soulbass I barely eat hahaha, super clean, mostly light. I fast most of the day and exercise to stay as lean as possible, I believe I am at 7% body fat right now. Kale Smoothie: 1 banana 2 spoons of Spirulina Blend Organic Kale (Organic!!! haha) Flax seeds Berry Blend (3 types of berries) Besides that, I eat nuts and fruits during the day. Drink lots of tea to stay energized. Workout and do deep breathing to stay active. Right now I just ate some oatmeal for dinner with a banana in it w/ Almond Milk.
  9. Massive herding today in regards into watching one team run with a ball from one side of a field to another side. How can we use this to our understand of the Human Conditioning? (Today is the longest time I can tolerate around a large group of mostly unconscious people eating Cheetos )
  10. @solr Ive transmuted most of the desire I have to eat meat into eating spicier food. It seems to satisfy that same primal urge for me, not sure why but I think its because of working out and maintaining a lean body type.
  11. @Shroomdoctor @Shin @JustinS Lots of value in this thread, me gusta
  12. @Nexeternity YO good work! This is highly motivating. I will double down because of this!
  13. Whisper naughty enlightenment jokes in my ear @Barna
  14. Can someone provide a healthy list of things to be skeptical about? The only thing that comes to mind is the BluePrint on the website about 100 common traps.
  15. @Sahil Pandit Also, We walk a certain way so we are perceived a certain way. We talk with a certain tone so we can be perceived a certain way. We only express a limited amount of ourselves.
  16. Its a mix of both. People range in levels of consciousness. If everyone was higher up on the Spiral Dynamics scale, things would be great. However, people care about security and comfort, which means Paradigm Lock. So, they just wanna watch football after work and drink till they pass out. The culture has a major role. If the culture promoted healthy use, things would be okay... However, its become gross and materialistic in its desires, such as snap chatting to get in someones pants, or using apps like Tinder.. people are searching for themselves at this point using technology, which will never work. They are relying on their mind to provide them relief, and this wont work...
  17. @MarinM I thought I was the only one who noticed.. Its like speaking to a wall with this guy...
  18. @Slade I would say being grounded in the now, having an intent, standing up tall, spine erect. Walking with a purpose, longer than average strides, as if you were going somewhere and doing something important. Those are some of the tips I would give to you if you were doing pick up as well
  19. My first trip ever, happened over a month ago, with two trip sitters. We went to the forrest, and it was eye opening experience. Over a month later, I am still yet to unravel the mysteries that have been happening in my dreams as a result. Lots of room to grow in consciousness. My next trip - I am setting an ambitious goal for myself, and that is, "After 30 days of 1 hour straight of meditation, I will do a Solo Retreat in the forrest." Do you think this is a good goal for a 2nd time tripper? I am 20, and I have a deep need for growth!!! *Muscle Emoji*
  20. @Pernani Beware. Balance it. I was obsessed when i first discovered its powers, but that led to my third eye being over active. My dreams become very horrid, creepy, weird, trans like hypnosis. I didn't know if I was awake or asleep, Multiple repeating dreams. Losing touch with reality... So yeah, make sure you definitely ground yourself with other Chakras, the mulhadara is a good one to balance with third eye.
  21. @Thanatos13 What I mean is all of the non-essentials. Extra clothes, extra decor, etc
