  1. @Michael569 chutney? Naan? You about that Indian Cooking?! If you are, boy do I have some recipes for you my friend @Soulbass I barely eat hahaha, super clean, mostly light. I fast most of the day and exercise to stay as lean as possible, I believe I am at 7% body fat right now. Kale Smoothie: 1 banana 2 spoons of Spirulina Blend Organic Kale (Organic!!! haha) Flax seeds Berry Blend (3 types of berries) Besides that, I eat nuts and fruits during the day. Drink lots of tea to stay energized. Workout and do deep breathing to stay active. Right now I just ate some oatmeal for dinner with a banana in it w/ Almond Milk.
  2. Massive herding today in regards into watching one team run with a ball from one side of a field to another side. How can we use this to our understand of the Human Conditioning? (Today is the longest time I can tolerate around a large group of mostly unconscious people eating Cheetos )
  3. @solr Ive transmuted most of the desire I have to eat meat into eating spicier food. It seems to satisfy that same primal urge for me, not sure why but I think its because of working out and maintaining a lean body type.

  7. Can someone provide a healthy list of things to be skeptical about? The only thing that comes to mind is the BluePrint on the website about 100 common traps.
  8. @Sahil Pandit Also, We walk a certain way so we are perceived a certain way. We talk with a certain tone so we can be perceived a certain way. We only express a limited amount of ourselves.
  9. Its a mix of both. People range in levels of consciousness. If everyone was higher up on the Spiral Dynamics scale, things would be great. However, people care about security and comfort, which means Paradigm Lock. So, they just wanna watch football after work and drink till they pass out. The culture has a major role. If the culture promoted healthy use, things would be okay... However, its become gross and materialistic in its desires, such as snap chatting to get in someones pants, or using apps like Tinder.. people are searching for themselves at this point using technology, which will never work. They are relying on their mind to provide them relief, and this wont work...
  10. @MarinM I thought I was the only one who noticed.. Its like speaking to a wall with this guy...
  11. @Slade I would say being grounded in the now, having an intent, standing up tall, spine erect. Walking with a purpose, longer than average strides, as if you were going somewhere and doing something important. Those are some of the tips I would give to you if you were doing pick up as well
  12. My first trip ever, happened over a month ago, with two trip sitters. We went to the forrest, and it was eye opening experience. Over a month later, I am still yet to unravel the mysteries that have been happening in my dreams as a result. Lots of room to grow in consciousness. My next trip - I am setting an ambitious goal for myself, and that is, "After 30 days of 1 hour straight of meditation, I will do a Solo Retreat in the forrest." Do you think this is a good goal for a 2nd time tripper? I am 20, and I have a deep need for growth!!! *Muscle Emoji*
  13. @Pernani Beware. Balance it. I was obsessed when i first discovered its powers, but that led to my third eye being over active. My dreams become very horrid, creepy, weird, trans like hypnosis. I didn't know if I was awake or asleep, Multiple repeating dreams. Losing touch with reality... So yeah, make sure you definitely ground yourself with other Chakras, the mulhadara is a good one to balance with third eye.

  17. This Month I set a goal for myself to meditate at least 40 minutes, everyday. So day, I was meditating on the bike trail near my house. It was a nice, sunny, clear and vibrant day out, and I was blissfully soaking in all the rays. About 35 minutes into my meditation, I hit flow. As i was focusing on my labeling, I could sense a man drawing near me. He was an older man, perhaps 63, playing some religious Bhajan (Song of Worship). He was of Indian descent, Sikhism to be exact. I know this because I saw him long before he was near me. Anyways, as he drew near, I didn't flinch a single muscle and focused on my breath. He saw how comfortable I was and decided to sit next to me, still playing his song of Worship. This was when things became extremely beautiful.. As he sit beside me, I was able to tap into the energy emanating from the situation and go into a deeper flow, using the music he was playing! It brought me to tears, but I still did not move a muscle. 10 minutes had passed, and he peacefully got up and kept walking.. we never exchanged a word, only a noble silence. Soon after, a dog had approached me. I knew it was a dog because the owner kept repeated "Luna, Luna, Luna get over here!" but the dog was attracted to me. It ran over from its owner and started sniffing at my feet and licking my legs. It was like the dog was delighting in the "aura" or energy that was glowing from the situation that happened. This put a smile on my face, cheek to cheek, as i sit there, strongly determined to complete my daily 40 minutes.

  20. @nightrider1435 @Nahm New idea... 30 days straight of meditation (40 minutes or more) THEN, 4-5 hours of solo tripping. Not sure yet where, but sitting somewhere beautiful.
  21. Will any of you be attending this event? It begins at 7 and ends at 9pm. 22. Hello, My meditation has recently increased my compassion, openness, creativity, and acceptance of self and others. However, I am experiencing some of the the drawbacks as well. Here a few I need help with reconciling: 1. Very high in agreeableness - I do not feel the necessity of stating my intentions to those who have different beliefs. Also, I would rather submit and evade rather than confront people who disagree. 2. Being high in conscientiousness as well, when I am around others who are say, more neurotic and hard wired to be direct and blunt, my personality changes to suit their type of personality. Fundamentally, I feel they they are not open to listening or to expressing emotions, but rather direct communication through words alone. Question: How do you set boundaries for yourself when you've spent a lot of time in peace and quiet, and then you are thrown into an environment that demands you to be direct, blunt, and conform to the scenario at hand? Am I being too sensitive? Thanks!
