I'm a nurse. All you can do is proper hand washing, don't touch your face after touching a surface (until washing hands) and use protective equipment when someone is symptomatic. Social distancing is new. We will see if it truly helps, since children wont abide by it and many jobs cant either. Social distancing is going to create more ppl with social anxiety.

Panic at it's finest. When is the media gonna say it will turn you into a zombie... The flu kills 20,000 people, per year, in the US...every year. Why aren't we losing our minds about it?? I'll say it again, to be honest, I'm more afraid of ppl right now, then the virus.

@Preety_India To me it's not that difficult. He simply hurts when he thinks of you with someone else.

Today they closed all the dental offices in my state, so they don't use the masks and gloves that are needed by the hospitals. They were instructed to take their medical supplies to the nearest hospital after closing (I doubt any did that). Um, hope I don't need a dentist any time soon! ?

But, ppl are still freaking the hell out. I'm more afraid of ppl right now then the virus. Ppl closer to the city are getting robbed for their supplies coming out of stores. My husband bought a rifle yesterday. All bars, restaurants, school, etc. Are closed. Ppl are going to be bringing their children to work starting this week and they work in the field. Who will watch all these kids? I got yelled at by my husband during dinner for making him an extra piece of garlic bread (making too much food). Some ppl are making it seem like acting crazy is normal. I was at a smaller store the other day and a guy in line admitted to going in their back room to find the pine-sol he wanted. Who does that?

I don't think ppl think of this often enough. When I worked in an ER, men and women would come in with STD symptoms and when they were diagnosed with a STD. They were always so shocked.? These can't be cured- *hepatitis B *Genital herpes *HIV/AIDS *HPV

Well, I live in the US and its hit my state.. and the county next to me has several cases. Ppl directly surrounding me are in full panic mode. Stores are running out of supplies. I stopped at a store on the way home to pick up a few items (chips, salsa, cheese) for a lunch we are having at work tomorrow and everyone else had carts filled with toilet paper, lysol, hand sanitizer, etc. I get it, I'm a nurse, but ppl are hoarding and the shelves are becoming bare, like you'd see in a apocalypse. I'm in the office now, but all are field staff comes into the office and will spread whatever they may catch and pass it to us in the office and our other patients. The sad fact I found out yesterday is the medical facilities are hoarding too, so much so that gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, etc through our medical supplier are ALL on back order. Our nurse won't have the protective equipment they need pretty soon when our stock runs out. What then? They will probably refuse to give our patients medical care. Ugh

Hi! Yes, it could be the second hand smoke. Also, could be allergies or enlarged adenoids. I'd suggest seeing an ENT doctor. My son has allergies to cats, but loves cats and can barely breathe through his nose his entire life and he's 27 now! It hasn't effected his taste, but he is a mouth breather. We tried medication, air quality machines, special allergy covers for bedding, etc., keeping his room a 'clean' room from cats, nothing worked.

It's been 3 weeks and I'm down 7 lbs. and a belt notch. The first week that I lost 5 lbs was 1/2 water weight I think, because that number bounced all around the second week and now has leveled out to solid 5 at the and of week 2 and then, I've lost 2 more this week. The way I look at it is like losing 2.3 lbs a week! I have stayed on the intermittent fast 16:8, except 1 night a had a snack. Anyways, have a nice Sunday everyone.❤

I watched these today's. They are very good. I started with the first one I posted and worked my way down. I needed some motivation damn it. I've struggled up and down with the same 20lbs for years. Sweets are my enemy!

How did I miss this! I had an alcoholic mother and a step mom and dad addicted to weed growing up. They all were covering up their issues with drugs. My step mom finally went to in-pt drug rehab, because she couldn't stop the weed and was going to her job in heart surgery every day high as a kite. The fact that she didn't kill someone was a miracle. My point was you are still an addict. You've just switched substances. You haven't worked through any issues. You've even said on here more then once that you are the biggest pothead on Actualized.org....but I'm the fool. Yeah, whatever buddy. Keep lying to yourself. Lol
