  1. @Joseph Maynor I have decided to break my time into essential time and wasted or unproductive time. I have kinda realized that productivity is not just associated with how much work you get done in a batch of time but also with the nature of your time, meaning the way you spend it. So consider time as space or a box and your productivity would depend upon how you bend this space or fold the box. So the way you spend time will say a lot about how productive you are rather than looking at the end goal, and sometimes getting frustrated over not achieving it, focus on the process itself and lookout for gaps in there. So probably dealing with your time in better ways is just another way of being on track. Keep a tracker for your time.
  2. Even I'm looking for some chakras healing exercises. Tried searching on youtube. But most of them just guided meditations. I wanted the real stuff with real results.
  3. @lens Probably stay off the internet for a while. It's just a rack of coincidences. Roko balisik ya heard of that. Chill and take care.

  6. @kieranperez Don't beat yourself up. Just be careful and stay away from toxic people. They are massive energy vampires and they suck out everything from you. And don't care what people think, they are usually wrong about their judgment of you.
  7. I'm not sure if the wives are enlightened or simply tagged along. Just saying.
  8. Wow this was a great method. I am so bad at procrastinating, but this method might fail if I forget or get too lazy to go through the binder. But I'd try this method anyway. I guess we have to keep trying out many of them because different ones work for different people.

  13. Well some people might find it gross just some people are embarrassed or find it uncomfortable to visit a public restroom. That actually doesn't make it gross. Only gross for you. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. By your logic it would mean everyone who is having sex right now is doing something gross but no. Imo, sex is beautiful and also not just mechanical but emotional and mental. It's the problem with men, tbh.....they don't understand how to balance their sexual desires. (Those who know enjoy it.) Such men, either they take it too far and make it a perverted addiction or they completely cut off citing reasons like distraction from career, obstacle to growth blah blah blah...the real thing is they just don't know how to juggle different aspects of manhood. These are unbalanced men.

  17. Solitude can be intrinsically and extremely pleasant only if you learn how to enjoy it. It's because of social conditioning that we constantly compare ourselves with others and feel unhappy because somehow social culture has implanted the idea that solitude is equal loneliness and strangeness. However the greatest poets, authors, artists had their best moments of peace, creativity and insights during moments of reflection in complete solitude. The quality of a moment spent alone by yourself cannot be measured by set standards, it's very much a subjective experience that depends on the person experiencing it. Being social has its own benefits. You learn and when surrounded by happy positive people, their energy makes you happy too. It's very much a balance between the two. Both can be rewarding in their own ways. Depends which one you wish to choose out of the two. Both are necessary in a balance.
