  1. @Salaam Isn't that all about the event horizon? I'm talking about the actual singularity, where space and time break down mathematically.
  2. Singularities don't have entropy, since space and time break down. Physics break down there aswell, those are the places where 0K is possible.
  3. Any creative game is great. I can imagine that building houses, caves, etc in minecraft can be 'meditative'. Discovering places in no mans sky or skyrim (graphic mods can take it to another level!). It's a kind of meditation, but it doesn't compare to silence the mind completely.
  4. Thanks for writing this done. I think this helps me in my own situation and some things I can relate to.
  5. If you live near factories I shouldn't try to drink it without filtering properly. Some forests die due to acidic rain so it can be quite dangerous. Carbon filter will get rid of most color, smell and chemicals. You can buy a passive membrane watercan aswell to filter out microbes and organics.
  6. Banks are already getting nervous about the blockchain technology. Decentrialised currencies are the future, no middle man, power to the people. Worst case senario we face is a total black out of electricity due to massive solar flares. Bye bye internet, light, and modern society
  7. Good things are going to happen but it will be a mess at first. These structures held so long because some people fight so hard for them and will not let them go easily.. Most people don't even know how to be independent when the common systems fail due some revolution, there will be chaos but freedom aswell. What's important is that we lay a structure how to deal with revolutions (technological, automatisation, economic) so we don't fall into the deep. Sustainability & knowing how to be independent (semi off-grid) is no joke in this era where things will change faster and faster. The only thing that worries me is if we can find rest in this accelerating changing world? Uncertainty is on the rise for those who don't know how to plan/adapt.
  8. @Vercingetorix I accept it but I still find it difficult to see. You are probably talking about situations where it's kind of okay to let the situation be, but what about completely inhumane things that are too extreme? Mass executions, child abuse, and other horrible cases that play? Yes it's my inner fight but I won't let these things happen without worrying about them, that doesn't feel right. It's like pretending all is okay but you wouldn't even dare to stand in their shoes for a minute. I resist against these things because it feels right, because it something worth fighting for and I hate to see it happen. I don't act with hate, i act with the most compasion I can, but rejecting to feel hate is wrong.
  9. @Elena Saw the video this morning Affected me deeply..
  10. @Vercingetorix I interpret that hate as motivating. I cannot say I love to see people suffer. Letting it all go for what it is while I can help some of them feels too careless.
  11. Time is you truest teacher, you cannot speed up things.. Only time will tell when your 'ready' and don't worry it will be soon enough if you let go of getting it now. Short term grasping of enlightenment will not work. Im not enlightened as far as I know but I vow to attain it in this lifetime.
  12. Who are some people that inspire you? I like how Elon Musk is changing the world. His entrepreneurship fascinates me. Further more great artists like Leonard Davinci, Beethoven. Einstein, Newton and Schrodinger. Spiritual wise, Buddha/Leo and anyone who seems to have that enlightened shine. Who are women that inspire you? My mom. I like how Emma Watson comes up for feminism, Malala doing a great job as well. And do you have any examples of people who are changing the world `gently`- without all the glamour of success, just being a valuable part of society? Yes, they are the school teachers. They don't get much fame but all development start there.
  13. Death Hypes Status Quo Low battery on Phone
  14. When you have the feeling something is going to happen, you actually want it to happen, which is really understandable in this era. Most of the old age believes and ethics are out-dated and people are starting to get confused (open internet and strict cultural believes don't mix). Religion, rights, monetary system (rich and poor) all feel like they need to be reevaluated and that's why many people feel there is something going to happen. Eventually it will happen and we will see some kind of revolution which will be hard for the ones that are so tied/dependent on this system.
  15. What are the best festivals you know or have experienced already? I know Burning Man is one of the best events one can visit. In europe there is Boom Festival, probably the largest psytrance festival around.
  16. Do you mean the whole act with foreplay?
  17. @brovakhiin You will only know if you got what it takes if you try it There's nothing to lose when you enjoy the learning process even when you might not be able to play that complex piece completely. No worries!
  18. Be their inspiration and show a motivated attitude to get things done. Brainstorm together but keep it on topic! You might be the leader they need themselves.
  19. Anyone who likes traveling, visit Auroville (East-South India) it's the most spiritual developed western place I've been to. India is a very spiritual place in general, so looking it up is certainly worth the try!
  20. Short term goals are to focus my energy on laying a foundation for my longterm desires. So figuring out what kind of job suits me best, how I can improve myself now to become even more open and motivated for the things I already love. Eventually I want to live close to nature and have a sustainable house. Being able to provide some food myself and buy external good when necessary. It would be awsome of there was some sort of community like Auroville in europe, since I still be connected with people but don't want all the capitalistic bs and hypes. That would be my ideal goal, building such a community centred around sustainability and awareness/conciouss reflection; through healthy eating, contemplation, sporting (yoga, etc.), meditation and doing creative things together.
  21. I can relate so much to having a blank mind most of the time and had some DR/DP for a while due stress related issues and an intense experience on mushrooms. Having no thoughts can be really serene when not having to talk to someone and becoming one with the moment, like meditating on sounds (birds, trafic, etc.) and gives you an advantage in resting in the now (or where your mind is). Now your mind is blank and you have to talk to someone, for you it might be hard to think about what you want to say and that the information exchange is happening at a very high rate that you feel you can't anticipate fast enough. This is a tension you still carry due some emotions that indeed fragments your experience. Does this create a feeling of restlesness? If so you want to anticipate too fast and this is what disconnects you from the moment. Your actually in your mind all the time but the thinking is not done in words but in feelings. The feelings of tenseness/having to respond/act are caused by how you think things will progress in a conversation or act but because you hold onto this idea you fixated the free flowing process of thoughts. If I still make any sense to this point, learn to let go of any preconceptions/emotions that normally control you. Do you have any traumatic experiences? This could be the main cause that you still haven't digested. I wouldn't try psychedelics they are not the best thing you can do right now. MDMA would be more suitable if you would even try that. Try to work on it without the use of substances, since this will have the best overall longterm improvements.
  22. The natural goal of sex is reproduction or having a child and I do think this can give your life more meaning but also great insight. It's bonding and you can re-experience the world from a childs perspective. It's not a necessity but it can make your life more colorful in the long run.
  23. I'm kind of in a similar situation and my biggest fear is longterm adaptation. 700km is decent compared to my situation lol, if things will work out one of you will have to move and it will take lots of energy. The other thing is that the first 2-3 months are easy and its the early phase of discovery, but after that it can get more tricky. Doubts can start to arise wheter you want to commit, if you still feel the same and she is really special to you than you should consider visiting each other more frequently in holidays otherwise it will fade. Those few intense days are really great but you should try to go for longer periods to see what it's like to have someone around all the time. Having someone around all the time vs LDR and short visits can change your perspective quite dramatically (in a good or bad way). Hope it works out!
  24. The dimension would probably spherical or a bubble since this is the lowest entropy structure that can exist in any dimension. The one or the universe in it's ultimate form, if it would have boundaries, would be spherical aswell.
