I dunno I have more fun empowering women making them feel good about having power, instead of saying: "Your biological due date is tomorrow". I might get less women because of it, yet I feel I get more conscious and empowering women, still going through the whole day mostly. (All night-game also) Like how happy someone feels when you clearly know the person feels alone and wants a connection and you do this authentically, just like if you are against the "conceptual layer..." of constructed patriarchal society, and you like a bit of romance, like a daygame approach from a high-value guy (again heavy survival paradigm). Like the quality women I approached who rejected me was so happy about giving me her phone number most were to chicken to ask, they all are there to meet women, have fun and party etc. So I just approached she really was happy, that alone is quiet nice to give. I feel daygame is super polite and chill as you just casually speak to someone without having these social roles all dressed up to engage in human b.s, and you just brighten the day with a nice gesture eventually, no need to make a pure threat out of this, at night time all kinds of b.s happens, because you can get away with a lot more. I would even say day game is the best game, wheny you integrate it simply into normal activities, instead of making everything a ritual. For me this would also be a sign for a more mature and open-minded women, instead of beign fear ridden because of survival concerns or unimaginable standards and basically just wanting.. .sex, food and companionship and materialism, if I am very blunt, as many are not even interested in deeper relationships it also takes a tremendous amount of mastery and willingness of both sides to engage in this, and just want good family time and companionship. Day game is way better most likely to find high quality women, instead of night game and most want casual and chill out of fear of shame. Then again power gives protection I dunno I never really meet a women with low-standards in my life and friend circle, most have been pretty picky even for me, and that has I think protected me from some toxic shit. I don't know if this expands the perspective, yet I've done DIRECT... meditations of pain within this expansion and contraction paradigm, and if I play out the scenario there is no point of existence even suffering. That is how simply it would be. Pain can move you into absolute fullfilment. It has a very satisfactory quality. You can basically become blissed out and burn yourself without experiencing pain like the vietnamese monks did during a protest, from my type of understanding. Taking full responsbility for the information. Although this is more jhanic from my understanding and has nothing to do with consciouness. It's more of a byproduct of other types of meditative work. Some "schools" deemphasise this. As far as I can tell it has nothing to do DIRECTLY, with consciouness. Bliss states and joy != consciouness, that is at least my experience. It's more restful and equanemous, yet that is not consciouness. I presume high states of consciouness can be blissed out with jhanic type of samadhi gradations... so... you see the whole point of it. Might be no end to it as long as there is a physical body, besides very very deep states of bliss from jhanic type work. Even in higher bodies "kaya's" ... it is very possible suffering is there, yet that is very advanced.

All I can say from personal experience, burning through karma, doing khanika-samadhi (style) meditation and psyches and weightlifting maybe long-distance run, dissolves a lot of karmic cravings, especially when you also exhaust them to some extend. Structure wise it also resolves the karmic rebirth cycles. (khanika-samadhi) There are schools arguing about this. All I can say is this definitely takes longer, and I like Yangs approach of using expansion and contraction and the auto-paradigm from Shinzen, it's not you and when you break it down further, it's also not the automatism of the body anymore. I can't get to these stretches physically lol, otherwise I'd have more evidence "empirical evidence". What about the expansion and contraction paradigm? What is your take on this? (From Sasaki Roshi & Shinzen's overtaking of it) as far as I understand (I legit have no time to dive into the technical depths of clarity), it leads to non-dual type of flow experiences and has a very psychdelic component to it even under the influence of psychdelics, it has an expansiveness paradigm to it, so nothing is reduced everything is expanded and the paradigm integrates, even the reductionistic perspective in that sense. Instead of soto-zen type sitting, beign aware and doing nothing, it's like an active form of the same paradim from my feeling and personal experience with both. Expansion and conctraction feels more percise, and karmic dissolving (although more risky...) than just soto-zen sitting. I like both very much! Although I prefer expansion and contraction (rarely anyone teaches this...) From a more personal experience from the reductionistic compressions, there will be expansive flavours that show you the contraction and reduction of whatever is, has a total opposite to it. More like union type of experiences, moving fully into femininty especially feeling full. The opposite of Yang moving more into Yin nature... beauty, fullness, love. There is just more of it in that paradigm, yet it goes no further than non-duality in that sense. This is sort of the stopping point of the roshis roshis of the roshis... Also at integral there is an understanding that Vipassana and I received a tip, goes no further than causal = white light, archetypial sorts of understanding, and that the zen practices all deepend the understanding to non-duality. What would you say then is Shinzens paradgim? I don't really like the idea of following it not understanding what consciouness is, yet I will clearly be able to get to non-duality. Yang and Jammal talked about the expansion and conctraction paradigm, which is as far as I know from Sasaki Roshi and Rinzai-Zen and the "molecule" type of small object moving to larger object type of phenomena experience and it's very effective in deconstructing the self.
