Day one Finished grade 2 now on to grade 3 Didn't get as much done as i liked but at least i finished grade 2

@LoveandPurpose it might very well be at least the outcome of a choice to me this means that we have more control over our happiness than we might have thought.

Very interesting video on how to reach your full potential It can be easy to fall in to the trap that there is some kind of magic solution out there that if you just find that everything will be fixed it can be nice to be reminded that such thing probably don't exist and realize you now have to spend your own effort to fix what you are dealing with.

I have seen some people who think that being with other people is something they aren't a big fan of while for other people they seem to be very happy around other people it seems like what they like and don't like comes from some choice does that mean that we decide what make us happy? That its ultimately a decision? When you where happy in the past wasn't that the outcome of some decision you made?

acceptance of taking 100% responsibility has been my most profound moment so far. Maybe also the idea that happiness might ultimately be a choice. And that if I want something it’s ultimately up to me to go after it no magic solutions. Great thread idea

I think it best one habit at a time that increase the chances of following through. a study showed that it take 66 days to form a new habit but likely more than that.

maybe its comming tomorrow or just delayed it happens sometimes

@Mikael89 where is the proof of that? by that logic it means that the solar system will be reborn again and again in the same universe we live in now. Actually the universe call in on Thermodynamics. I recall that it say something like everything turns to disorder over time or something like that, therefore, it can not be repeated again and again and again.
